Excellent communication from Harry at graphic air when there was a slight hiccup once my order had arrived. They dealt with the issue swiftly and efficiently. A very professional operation, with high levels of customer service - I’ll be sure to order from here again in the future.

A bit of a problem with my new H&S…
A bit of a problem with my new H&S Evoloution 2024 regarding tight end piece. Harry T was a great help with advice, unfortunately I had to return the airbrush. I was afraid I would damage the airbrush unscrewing it.
Harry T was a great help and I can't thank him enough, he's a credit to GraphicAir.

Great customer service
Ordered a new compressor which after ordering unfortunately went out of stock due to a large number of orders. Spoke to Harry at customer service to get an idea on delay time and was given a genuine lead time even though it was not short ( 20 working days ).
Was given the option to have the alternative version with next day delivery free, though I chose to wait.
Through out the time waiting for stock from the distributor I was kept updated including follow up emails after it had been dispatched.
Couldn't ask for better service.

Had my expensive order lost in the post. The guys at graphic air were super communicative and sent a replacement out very quickly. What could've been a very frustrating experience turned out not to be at all. Would recommend them 10 times out of 10.
