Worst experience they are selling broken templates I have bought We Courier Laravel Template and the template is broken now they are not refunding my amount.

Envato’s GraphicRiver.net charged me $63 without delivering my purchase, making their practices seem highly questionable. I strongly advise against using their platform.

Here’s what happened:

Unauthorized Charge & No Delivery – After making a purchase, I never received the item, yet they took my money. Attempts to resolve this issue were unsuccessful.

Forced Payments & Admin Access – When you buy a theme from them, they allegedly gain access to your website’s admin panel. If you refuse to make additional payments, they may alter or interfere with your site.

Scam-Like Practices – Instead of a straightforward transaction, they seem to use tactics to extract more money from customers post-purchase.

As per all other reviews I have to add another poor one I am afraid. These scammers charged me £30 for Wordpress templates that simply did not work and were corrupt. I asked for a refund same day I took the subscription and it was refused. Absolute con artists

Update - I requested a ‘chargeback’ via my bank to receive my refund that way. I’d encourage others to do the same and not accept being brushed off by customer service

Becareful of those scammers, they charged me with 21 USD the day i canceled my annual subscription and deactivate my account so i can not use the website after they charged me!

I reached out many times and the customer service seems very unprofessional and never actually solve the issue, they just told me why they charged me and that they don't offer discount!

Les scripts sont sous licence et les vendeurs les bloques quelques semaines après avoir acheté et redemande de payer pour les activer ! Quand vous demandez le remboursement a Paypal envato bloque les comptes des utilisateurs ! En gros ils veulent que les vendeurs inscrit sur Envato , on le droit de voler les clients ! Beaucoup se sont fait aranquer avec leurs scripts incomplet et sous licence

J'ai payé plus de 200 euros annuel pour des musiques libre de droit et impossible de télécharger les musiques.
De plus, pas moyen de contacter le service client.

I’ll write my review on here because Envato keeps deleting my review from there site I would not use WPBINGO I have bought a theme off them and they have put a code into where they can see my design I have spent ages redesign the template for them to copy my design and sell it on CHEATS and copyright infringement I have made the platform aware but they just keep on deleting my review! Do not care about customers spent over £300 on this platform avoid!

if you browse any of there markets they show you a big banner on the header said "Envato Elements: Millions of creative assets, unlimited downloads. One low cost.

after click the banner and paid for the subscribe you get surprised that this plan only limited for "elements.envato" even the banner on all there market , its a scam big scam attention

This site is a scam and everyone who works on it is a scammer! Avoid any cooperation with this page!

They have an item that stopped supporting and no longer exists, with that item no longer in use, it's worthless and we lost our money for something we don't use anymore.

Make sure you never lock your account with 2FA because they will never unlock your account and they will never unlock it, even if the data match. Well, I will try to let my account closed because I don’t want them to keep my data.
Just find a better design company.

If you are a designer or illustrator and want to sell your work, you should not waste your time on them. My experience of cooperation is zero sales for seven years and completely inadequate refusals to upload my work

Vorsicht Betrug meiner persönlichen Meinung nach! Bewertungen werden gelöscht, und ratings somit komplett verfälscht siehe TP-de/at Seiten. Scheint sich unserer Meinung nach um einen großen Betrug zu handeln. Kunden Support meldet sich nicht. Rückzahlungen werden nicht mehr geleistet.

They don't send payment renewal reminders and customer service takes too long to reply to you. Avoid

They add a fee AFTER you want to checkout, signed up and selected payment service!

I have purchased 2 PowerPoint templates from Graphic river in the span of 2 years. Great products. You get a LOT for such a low price. Specifically from authors Abert84 & inspirasign.
When reading the Negative reviews, notice that nearly all are ranting but they do not provide specifics. Make me think if they are from a competing site?
