So many people can't be wrong, I ignored these reviews and here I am writing. Never buy anything from these following domains: AudioJungle, ThemeForest, VideoHive, GraphicRiver, 3DOcean, CodeCanyon, PhotoDune, ElementsStudio. They are all owned by the same scam company. They will gobble all your money and lock your account with some silly excuse.

They will never unlock your account and You will end paying more money. Never buy anything from them, You can donate the money to some charity rather than these crooks. They will never allow you to rate negatively unless you rate 5 star. If you will insist with your reviews, They will lock your account and never reply to your emails.

Such despicable cheats.

Envanto market full bad no refund no support no help if you have a problem with your plugin, probably in refund policy if you have a problem with a plugin or if plugin doesn't work you can have refund, I sent the screenshot of the Plugin doesn't work as well and still he doesn't want to give me a refund, so I think that's a scam,

All of the negative reviews are either customers that don't understand how Envato works, or are below average artists that had their items rejected.

It's simple, if you want to buy individual item licenses with support included, use the Envato Marketplace. If you want to be able to download a whole bunch of items on a regular basis with no support included, use the subscription service Envato Elements. You should also know that not all items are shared between the two, there are plenty of items on the Marketplace that are not on Elements, and visa-versa.

Envato is a great place for professionals to make some extra cash, as well as being a great place for buyers to get high quality items. They have an extensive Knowledgebase that can help with most issues, and if you can't find your answer there, just contact Envato Support and they'll be able to help you with any issue relating to Envato itself. If you have an issue with a specific item, such as a Wordpress theme, then you just need to contact the Author of the item and they will get everything sorted out for you.

No customer service. NO contact button, visit the 'Forum' where they will try to get people to do their customer service for free. Absolutely abhor able and despicable.

Stay away from this platform. This is probably the most incompetent pile of garbage i've ever seen.

I hate this site. I have 6 years experience in Graphics. I uploaded very quality graphics design projects and provided each and every details but in the end they give us a reason " we found it isn't at the quality standard required to move forward" and rejected my item.
Each and every time when i uploaded items on it they always reject and just give silly reason.
Trust me Envato market team have no experience to review the projects.

Paid for the plugin membership from a plugin buy page. I was told I could download said plugin with the membership, I shortly found out that was NOT the case, and I have over $200 stolen from me.

Every "Included" plugin from the subscription required a paid dependency, think of all sub plugins as child themes, you CAN NOT just buy the sub.

Indeed Envato is a scam. They keep using different platforms to fool customers. It is full of false and fake themes. No refund if anything goes wrong. The theme was falsely advertised to have features but most of them were absent. When I complained about a theme which I bought through them. They replied with the following.

"we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customization services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.

I apologize but it's only the Author that you can ask for the best help since they own the item as it is their creation. "

Love the entire Envato Market platform. Genius actually! I swear by Graphic River for all my pitch deck and presentation templates. Definitely will stand out in the pack amongst any presentation.

Received PSD file, contacted envato and understood how it is possible to edit.
It is working fine.
