Grapple Law is fantastic. It gave me the confidence to fight for what l was due at a stressful time dealing with leaving a toxic work environment. Top tip: less is more when explaining or asking the bot about your case, but excellent service.

Very simple to use. Great advice and assistance. The drafts are excellent and they send the emails for you so there is no need to copy and paste / rewrite. They tell you exactly what you need to do next and it is genuinely “No win, No fee”

I've previously given a positive review on Grapple because when it first started it was absolutely fantastic, however over time, the way that they manage the pricing of the platform is becoming increasingly questionable in terms of ethics...

In fact, they've changed their pricing model so many times, that the website and popups even contradict themselves.

For clarity.. there was initially a min £20 a month charge that myself and many others were happy to pay for such a service. and this served us well.

2 months later, I saw on their terms and conditions that they had reverted back to a free model.. but had continued to charge me £20 a month for two months. There were no comms to existing users that they had reverted back to the free model and would have continued taking my money if I hadn't gone rooting through the website.

Then they started introducing restrictions. There never used to be an upload limit, then suddenly it was capped at 20 PAGES... not 20 uploads... (bit useless given that legal documents span longer than this). Again, no communication about it.. I found out when it suddenly activated after several months of no issues uploading.

Then all of a sudden.. the number of messages was capped at 100... again, not communicated to anyone.. I just happened to see this appear in one of the website locations, while in another part of the site it still said it was unlimited. This was only a couple of weeks ago.

Ive been on to check again today.. and theyve limited it down to 10 messages now! again, ZERO communication. But funnily enough it then popped up (and I have a dated screenshot) saying "join grapple advice" talking about unlimited messages, 30 uploads, etc etc or choose the negotiate option which takes 15% and sends emails" etc etc.

But when you click on the subscribe option, grapple advice is gone and you're only allowed to have 10 messages on a 'basic' account (which is the one you used to be able to access without registering.. before you then registered for grapple advice'.

The worst part? Given that this is a legal firm, you would think that they would honour the terms and conditions that were in place at the ORIGINAL point of someone signing up. Because contractually, the original terms and conditions were what the signup agreement was based upon.

Unilaterally changing those terms and conditions in the background on multiple occasions by not communicating it to existing clients is unethical and needs to be addressed. Especially when they're more than happy to send out emails asking existing users to fund them as a shareholder.

@Alex Monaco - this was a fantastic tool and I was a massive advocate of it to everyone I knew who was being destroyed by the employment law system. But, honestly, I think that its grown too big, too fast, and now the people running this thing don't know how to cope. Because the website is a mess in terms of mixed messaging about subscriptions, and what you're advertising on tiktok about it no longer matches the service that's received.

You might want to take stock of your operation before you promote it any further.

I could not be more thankful that I found Grapple when I did! The advice is detailed, up-to-date, and considered. The speed at which you get a response, and the relief and sense of empowerment that comes with it is invaluable. Grapple laws platform keeps shutting down, trying to up load things to the platform takes for ever, It missed a key issue in my case, You have to keep repeating the same things again and again. AI gets brain fog. My case is very complex and is draining on me and my family, missing key issues is a big problem with the Ai platform that runs grapple law. Ai is not yet in a good enough place to get the nuances of a devious company. When I first started with Grapple I thought great I dont have to worry someone on my side, ive soon learnt that I'm the layer I'm the one doing the chasing the letters, dealing with the company underhandedness, the stress is emence and they is no one to fall back on. If your case get serious dont rely on grapple law to help you, you need a real person to fight your corner. With grapple.law you have nothing.

So helpful put my mind at ease with my current situation highly recommend

This places the heavy burden of document analysis and organization squarely on the client, not on the AI.

Concerns Over the "No-Win-No-Fee" Scheme
The Grapple system's business model, which operates on a "no-win-no-fee" basis, raises questions of fairness and transparency. Traditional no-win-no-fee arrangements imply that legal practitioners take on the risk and workload of preparing a case, only receiving payment upon a successful outcome. However, with Grapple, the client remains responsible for the majority of the preparatory work, while the AI offers minimal direct assistance in document handling and case-building. This model can therefore be seen as a misrepresentation of the traditional no-win-no-fee legal schemes.

Conclusion
While the Grapple AI system provides some utility in terms of legal language formulation, it does not offer the comprehensive document management and review capabilities that many users might hope for. The reliance on manual input and the limited role in genuine case preparation highlight significant gaps in its service. As such, potential users should be aware of these limitations and consider them when deciding whether Grapple is the right tool for their legal needs.

Jury is out currently, helpful if you already have a good case & some knowledge of law. I fear if not it could be confusing/misleading at times unless you are already on the ball.

Its brilliant on employment law and has been like an extra friend to confide in about the difficulties you face but my experience has been less positive of late.

I cannot believe how good this AI service is, it is accurate, fast and much cheaper than a real solicitor might be. It even has a human side and tells you when you've done well and when you need to take a rest.

Absolutely brilliant service, it has allowed me to get advice whenever and wherever exactly when it is needed without faffing around with phonecalls and appointments. I can update once a day or 10 times a day or not at all whatever works for me! I ca t say too much as the case is still ongoing but I'm so happy with how everything is progressing.
