The wine itself is just...meh. Customer service AWFUL!

The wine itself is just...meh.
It was an easy (inexpensive) weekday glass or two or for sharing with people who have no wine preference.
Who knows if their claims are true, they aren't able to prove them regardless.
I recently placed an order for 3 boxes which typically last about 3 months while at the same time placing an order for their sparkling wine.
I received the sparking wine (was not good), however, but not the other orders of the boxed wine.
Their website can be confusing, not user friendly and while I didn't receive the boxes I ordered, I figured it was a website error which seemed to occur often. I then placed another order. Weeks went by and never received any of the boxed wine order(s).
Life gets busy and now it's been 6 weeks. Placed another order (website didn't show any history of previous orders mentioned above).
Almost 8 weeks later I receive 8 boxes of wine!
I reached out customer service and that was the most disappointing of all.
They took zero responsibility, instead stating that weather could have delayed shipping. Well, it's been i the 80's for the last 2 months and I received the sparkling wine within days which was placed at the same time. They said they sent out an email to customers about a delay; never received.....how convenient.
Oh, their 'resolution' with generosity is hilariously pathetic!
They said they'd give me 20% off future orders. At this rate with 8 boxes of wine it would be another 2 years before I'd need to place another order!
They refused to refund the wine which maybe is law but their lack of customer service is impressive.
I cancelled the 'membership" and will share my experience far and wide!
I do NOT recommend making any purchases for this company and/or signing up for their 'subscription" program.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We certainly understand that delays can be frustrating, and we’d like to clarify a few details so others reading your review have the full context.
Our wines are produced in France, and earlier this year we experienced weather related production delays overseas, followed by additional international shipping and customs slowdowns. Because wine is an agricultural product, when production is disrupted it can create a ripple effect across the supply chain that takes time to stabilize.
Regarding the sparkling wine, it would have happily been refunded had we known you didn’t enjoy it. After seeing your review, we’ve now processed a full refund for that order as well.
We also want to clarify the resolution that was provided during the delay period. Your February 11th, February 22nd, and March 19th orders each had a 20% refund applied directly to those shipments due to the delay. This was not a discount for a future order, but rather a refund applied to orders you had already placed for the inconvenience of the delay and those orders ultimately were recived by you. In addition, your March subscription renewal from the 19th has now also been refunded in full.
With each box having a shelf life of approximately one year, you should have plenty of time to enjoy them.
Lastly, while we’re sorry to hear this recent experience left you disappointed, we do want to note that you have been a customer with us for nearly two years, and during that time our team has worked with you on a few occasions to assist with orders, refunds, and reshipments when needed. Our support team is available seven days a week, and we always aim to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We truly regret that this particular experience did not meet your expectations and wish you all the best moving forward.

Beside the long delay in shipping

Beside the long delay in shipping, the wine taste wasn’t up to our liking because it was light, watery as well as vinegary. I ordered two reds and one white and they just sitting here since the delivery and we taste them. I’ve had better wines

I have had occasion to interact with…

I have had occasion to interact with several people at Gratsi wine and that has been a great experience. The whole team are united in providing excellent customer service. In recent months I have tried to stop ordering from companies with which I am not familiar because of bad experiences so this has been a happy surprise. I enjoy the red and am looking forward to trying the rose on order next. I do reccommend Gratsi!

waiting time for delivery is out of…

waiting time for delivery is out of control They claim it is because of shortage if it is they should hold off on selling online until they catch up with production waiting 2 weeks for a order to ship is unacceptable
also my credit card should not be billed until shipment is sent out I am receiving my credit card bill before i receive my order

Waiting on 2 orders placed Feb 6 and Feb 7

I placed 2 orders (I’m a subscription client) - one order on February 6th and one order on February 7th. I keep getting excuses from you as to why my orders haven’t shipped with promises of a new ship date - which never happens. Yet, you continue to flood social media with advertising for your product. Are we all waiting for you to ship our orders? You are simply the worst.

I was waiting for my delivery, and I was told that there was going to be a delay. But I wasn’t expecting it to be this long. I reached out to customer support and was thankful for their prompt response. By reassuring me about the delay being longer than expected, and that my order was still coming soothe my soul. Great Customer Service

After I mistakenly ordered a double order twice, Grazie was professional and courteous by shipping them right away. When I asked that one be refunded and sent back they graciously did that as well. The day that the one order actually came happen to be a day that I was working and I was only notified the day before so they also shipped it to a UPS location nearby with no charge.

Shipping was horrible

Shipping was horrible. It took over a week for them to get the package to UPS then it finally got to a city near me and all of a sudden I got a notice that it was being returned to the sender. No reason given. I Ireally wanted to try this wine but looks like it is impossible to get it on the West Coast.

I have been waiting for a longggg time…

I have been waiting for a longggg time to receive my order. I was told it's getting ready to ship. When I check the shipping number it shows it was created a week ago but UPS has not received the package. So am I being played or what? Customer service is quick to respond but words are cheap, show me the wine!

Enjoying Gratsi headache-free!

I suffer from chronic migraines and have been noticing an increasing intolerance of wine. I was excited to try Gratsi because of their claims to be “cleaner” and lower in sugar. We’ve tried all 4 varieties and enjoy them all. These are well-balanced and smooth wines. And most importantly, I’m enjoying them headache free! The only negative is the last order took about 5 weeks to receive. When we reached out to customer service regarding the delay, we were told it was due to temporarily running out of stock, combined with weather and US Customs issues. While we understand things happen, we were disappointed that we had to initiate contact with customer service, twice. And while customer service was quick to respond and friendly both times, it would have been nice for Gratsi to proactively let us know about the delay. At least for us, that would go a long way in overall satisfaction with our experience.
