This wine for the money can't be beat

This wine for the money can't be beat. I prefer dry red. This one is smooth and full bodied enough. It's my everyday wine and would happily serve it to guests.
The customer service is the Best!
The only problem we've had was occasional delay because of weather.

Thankful for your help.

I’m thankful for your help in understanding the shipment delay. No discount (10%) is necessary. No one can control the weather. I very much understand. Thank you again.

The whole point of recurring shipments…

The whole point of recurring shipments is to provide the customer with a product in a timely manner with no lapse in said product. Auto draft on 3/15 and it is 4/1 and still hasn't shipped. This would only be my third shipment -- the first two were timely. Contacted support and they did offer a 10% discount and stated would be shipping shortly. Two weeks later and nada. So cancelling completely as have purchased another product elsewhere.

Although I had delayed shipment

Although I had delayed shipment, once I received the wine it was delicious, and I received a full refund. That was completely unexpected , I appreciate the company acknowledging the complication and trying so hard to rectify it. I will be ordering wine again. And I will recommend this company , customer service went above and beyond and they have an excellent product

Changed to one of my saved ship to…

Changed to one of my saved ship to address on order minutes after placing it and took a few weeks to get in touch after I sent two emails and the answer was they changed it for me.
Now weeks later the order never shipped. Extremely bad customer service

Great customer service!

I had just placed my first order and had a question about delivery process. I reached out thru email and the response was within minutes and very helpful. I have not even received the wine yet but they all ready won me over on Five Star customer service.
