I did have to contact them about missing items. Quickly, efficiently and patiently dealt with, even although it was my fault!! I had them all along! Very friendly and swift responses. I recommend them even more now!

What could be better when you find what you have been searching for and the progress of your order is been well informed and processed speedily too. Great Father’s Day Gift
Bought this for my dad as a present from my son for Father’s Day. It arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Brought a tear to my dad’s eye. I also love how it can be added to when any future grandchildren arrive!
