Bought pram from Paul stride this weekend had been in earlier in the week Emily showed me a number of suitable prams in my price range was very helpful they had the oram in stock I’d ordered it online only to change my mind in the colour they sorted that for me and I went into the shop the next day and bought it staff are always really friendly and never Pushy :)

Absolutely fantastic service from Kevin at Paul Stride! I emailed about a car seat I had seen elsewhere and they honoured a price match with impeccable service. Ordered on a Saturday morning and was delivered a couple of days later through DPD. I have never been to the shop but would love to go if I'm ever in York!

I was initially a little hesitant, since I was not familiar with the shop, but I have been very pleased with the service. We bought a travel system for a very reasonable price. Everything was delivered quickly and well packaged. I made a few phone calls to discuss my order (I wanted to change the colour and understand the delivery timelines) and found the staff to be very helpful.

I was hesitant to order from this company as the website looks really dated and the price they were selling the item I wanted seemed too good to be true. Cannot believe the service and quick delivery from Paul Stride. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Having not heard about this company before, I was a little hesitant to make a purchase, especially due to the insanely low price for my chosen car seat, however, I am extremely glad I made a purchase from Paul Stride! Communication with a gentleman at the store via telephone was excellent, and my query was fully resolved. I was very impressed with the free next day delivery too!

Amazing customer service and superfast delivery.
I had a lovely lady call me to tell me the system wasn't displaying my postcode correctly so they amended it there and then. Next thing I knew I had an email and text informing me that the item was already on it's way to me. Very happy customer - will be using your website for bits and bobs again. Thank you.

Travel system arrived within a few days. There was a bit of confusion with the original delivery but staff were amazing and sorted it straight away. Love the pram can't wait for little one to arrive to we can test it out. Would definitely buy from here again.

I ordered the egobaby carry sling, they had discontinued the one I ordered, Paul Stride quickly offered a suitable alternative and ensured it was shipped to me as soon as possible. The customer service I received was great.

I had ordered for an item with my preferred choice of colour but learnt from the customer service team member about the non-availability of my preferred choice. Whilst letting me know the team member was polite and was honest with the reasons and also offered an alternative available colour, though not my choice I was happy to go ahead because of this personal care by Paul Stride and it’s team. Ordered the Uppababy vista stroller from Paulstride. Great availability of stock and choice of colours. Extremely speedy delivery - arrived within a couple of days.
