Initially my experience was good but verification of enquiries took a long time. When eventually provided the price had changed. Finally on speaking to a manger all was resolved satisfactorily. One of the sales team was not rude but curt and unhelpful

We knew which holiday we were looking…
We knew which holiday we were looking at and we just needed a few questions answered. Luke was very helpful and very knowledgeable and clarified everything. The price was quite expensive but Luke gave us £50 each off the total cost. looking forward to next May already.
