Flexible and efficient
They took the trouble to contact me after my order had been placed to explain that they had sold out of one item. This enabled me to change the order, which they were flexible enough to accept. The order arrived very promptly, and I was very happy.

Utilised Great Wines for the 1st time with a fine, smooth uncomplicated process. Having searched the Internet for a specific wine I found it at Great Wines and at a competitive price! Ordered online and after appropriate communication the package was delivered.
