Kurzfristig gebucht
Wir haben uns kurzfristig für Greece entschieden. Dank Karin Mitter konnten wir sogar eine Kabine buchen. (sehr ratsam falls es das Budget erlaubt) Genau den selben Service von Karin bei unserer Rückreise. Wiederum mit Kabine diesmal für 2 Nächte. Es braucht halt etwas Flexibilität. Nochmals Besten Dank an Greekferries Club und Karin.

Hervorragend!!! Ich werde nur noch hier buchen! Nachdem zunächst alle Fähren ausgebucht waren hat man sich BEI DIESER Buchungszentrale sehr viel Mühe gegeben - und doch noch eine Fähren gefunden! Und das alles auf DEUTSCH! BESSER GEHT ES NICHT!!!!

Booking was very easy but the rest?
Update:
We did sent an email, and the response was that we receive our money back within 7 tillen 10 working days, so we will wait fot a couple of days.
Booking was very easy, we thougt, but we received an email after several hours, that it was not sure that therw was place. If there was no place we would receive within 4 working hours a alternatieve. This was on sunday, we booked for monday...unfortunatly the trip was full. The alternatives were allso full. So we booked an other ferrie, to ancona and not Venice. The to amount much payed should be with a couple of days returned to our bank account. It is now thursday, but we still haven't got our momey back. The precies years we had miss Van Vooren who helped us, but this year it was not as nice as we used to be helped. Stuf you forget on the boat, you have to see as lost, no body found it, even if it was in the closet.

Unfortunately the Superfast Ferries system sometimes returns prices and availability when there isn;t space. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do from our end to fix it. The good news is is that our team is able to complete 99% of such cases or find a good alternative. We are sorry you were the exception. Any occurring refunds and handled within 24-48h from our accounts departments and then need approx 3 working days for the amount to be available in your account. If you still haven't received it please send an email to Ms Vooren and we will contact our bank to see what the delay is about. We hope we can be of service again soon and that we can help you book a trip 100% to your liking. We remain at your disposal always

Toller Service, schnell und unkompliziert!
Wir hatten schon im Januar von Bari nach Patras gebucht und bezahlt, wollten dann aber eine Woche später umbuchen, von Venedig nach Patras! Das war, dank Frau Georgia Prempti, so schnell und unkompliziert, eine wahre Freude, da zu buchen! Wir buchen da schon zig Jahre und haben es noch nie bereut!

Perfect assistance from Greekferries to book our trip Ancona-Igoumenitsa v.v. very helpful. Same Josephine as in the years before, she knows how to organise and realise fast booking. She came with the suggestion of a special senior discount of 15%. Best price/performance.

Erg goede service bij vragen en…
Erg goede service bij vragen en wijzigingen. Ook telefonisch goed bereikbaar en in het Nederlands prettig geholpen door Josephine. Door een wijziging in de vaartijden kwam een andere plaats voor ons beter uit om van boord te gaan. Dit was binnen een paar dagen geregeld met nog geld retour zelfs, ondanks dat wij met vroegboekkorting hadden geboekt.

We doen ons best om flexibel en klantgericht te werken, ook bij wijzigingen in de reisplannen. Het is goed om te weten dat we u snel hebben kunnen helpen met de aanpassing van de afstapplaats én een passende terugbetaling, ondanks de vroegboekkorting. We hopen u in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen "aan boord"!

Altijd snelle reactie! Ik heb helaas meerdere keren wijzigingen in het vaarschema moeten laten doen vanwege veranderingen mijnerzijds maar was nooit een probleem!

Seit einigen Jahren haben wir beste Erfahrungen mit Greekferries. Frau Karin Mitter antwortet prompt, kompetent und kundenorientiert. Auch bei eventuellen Umbuchungen läuft alles sehr gut ab. Korrespondenz auf deutsch ist angenehm und vermeidet Missverständnisse.
