Our office addresses are: 19 Leicester Road, Manchester, M7 4AS 84 Rice Lane, Liverpool, L9 1DD Thanks to our 2 locations we have exposure to most of the northwest allowing us to compete with national companies, whilst always being mindful to offer the best possible service. We take great pride in providing long term professional relationships with all our clients both residential and commercial. All our services are individually tailored to your specific needs. Our dedicated and efficient team ensure that we are completely transparent in everything we do, and are always on hand to make sure all your requirements are being met in a confidential and professional manner. Always willing to go that extra mile to make sure all our clients are 100% happy with our customer service, which we believe sets us apart from our competitors. Offering a service worthy of the 21st century we use all major internet sites for advertising and the most up-to-date software. All clients have access to the property management system we use allowing them easy and comprehensive access to their property details. Alongside our property management and lettings department, we also have an investors department which focuses on helping investors buy properties and a sales team. Everyone in the investment and sales teams have many years of experience and know the market well. Greenco Property Group great service

Manager Sam Kahan and especially souring agent Louis and letting agent Joel are helpful and their services are good. They respond quickly when I have some problem need to be resolved. In general, I would like to recommend this company.

Greenco do a first class job

Greenco do a first class job They sort out any problems with the tenants without disturbing me I just get an email if there is any costs to maintenance. I just sit back and receive the rent I have used other property companies but nothing compares to Greenco wouldn’t use any other.

This is the company worthy to trust

Greenco Ltd is very helpful when I had problems dealing with City Council. She also prepares monthly statements on time and accurately.
