Just started renting a property via greenco - and the customer service from these guys was absolutely phenomenal, I never felt as if I was left in the dark. Lucy was so on it any time I had any questions, problems or anything at all - no matter what time it was, she was right on the phone & always quickly replying to emails. it made the whole process so much smoother! Megan made the finalization and actual tenancy start process so easy & not too overwhelming. finally Laura was also an amazing viewing agent and was incredibly friendly & knew the answers to all questions when asked at the property. overall amazing experience and hope to be renting with these guys for a long few years
