Beste plass for billig og kraftfull pc
Det er veldig bra laget nettside og det er et stort utvalg av PC-er man kan velge mellom, det var enkelt og bestille PC-en og nå er den på vei, jeg rekommandere denne nettsiden til de som leiter etter pc-er for og kjøpe.

Very unprofessional !
I ordered a PC on 02.03.26 (41.000 Nok) and on their website it is written 3-5 days delivery time. It’s been already 10 days since the ordered were placed and paid and the PC is not even build.
On their kontakt phone 400 00 161 nobody is answering no matter what time you are calling. I called 3-4 times a day between 08:00 and 12:00, even after without somebody answering not even 1 time.
Via mail, they answer very slow and not answering on what you ask.
I highly don’t recommend this website for purchasing anything.

Have ordered gaming PC , the same day I have tried to cancel my order, no answer..
Have tried to contact customer service, I just needed a return code, no email answer, stayed online with chat , no one answer, on the phone no one answer several days ....terrible or inexistent customer service.Stay away from Greencom.
Contacted klarna in order to be able to return the item and get a refund.

Kjøpte en mammoth gamingstol for litt siden og oppdaget ganske fort etter montering at stolen er uvanlig høy. på laveste nivå rekker ikke jeg på 190 cm ned i bakken med beina. Etter flere mnder fram og tilbake med det greencom kaller kundeservice ble de enig med seg selv at det er slik denne stolen skal være. finner dette litt rart da dette ikke er opplyst noe sted på nettsiden. ved forsøk på å prøve å ordne stolen eller finne feilen slutter kundeservice å svare. kommer ikke til å handle fra greencom i framtiden

Refund not paid
Bought a PC from this site. Everything seemed fine however when the PC was delieevred it arrived with 16GB of DDR4 Ram instead of the 32GB of DDR5 ram as advertised and that was stated on my reciept. Contacted the website who said they couldnt supply me with what I paid for and agreed to me rturning it. As per the websites T&C's refunds could take up to a month. After three weeks I contacted them and was told the money would be returned within the week. This is now almost two weeks overdue and no sign of my refund. When I have emailed to find out what is going on I have recieved no response which has left me no choice but to proceed with a chargeback through my bank. Avoid at all costs!!!

Men nå er det noen dager siden jeg bestillte en pc og har ikke hørt noe oppdatering ang den. Står bare på min side at den blir behandlet, men jeg skulle ønsket man fikk mer grundigg informasjon om hva som skjer.
Kjøpte 2 like pcer
Kjøpte 2 like pcer, tastaturene fungerte på en pc men ikke på den andre, tok mange mailer frem og tilbake der det ble foreslått bla å sende nytt tastatur (det fungerte jo på den andre PC-en, sider hadde jo ikke hjulpet). Alt som ble foreslått å prøve hadde jeg alt prøvd og det ble også foreslått å trykke på noe taster for å unlokke, men selfølgelig fungerte ikke det når tastaturet ikke fungerte på denne pcen. Prøvde å ringe mange ganger også, men tok telefonen 2 ganger. Likte vist ikke å snakke i telefonen. Tenkte vist jeg snakker med dem direkte så er det lettere å forklare hva som fungerer og ikke med tastaturet. (Jeg mener mann måtte gå inn i bios for å gjøre noe der etter å ha feilsøke selv(har litt peiling på pc), men det ble avvist og ikke ville jeg gjøre noe der uten veiledning fra dem). Gav beskjed flere ganger hva jeg hadde prøvd og ble så bedt om å prøve det jeg hadde gjort igjen, virket ikke som de engang leste mailene mine. Satt med følelsen at vedkommende hadde svært lite peiling på pc. Til slutt etter litt over 1 mnd frem og tilbake gadd jeg ikke mer og ville returnere varen, fikk igjen ikke svar og måtte kontaktet klarna for å få hjelp til sende alt i retur, da endelig fikk de fart på seg. Å få pengene tilbake tok også over en mnd etter at de hadde mottatt varene. Måtte selfølgelig kontakte klarna igjen for å få dem til å refundere pengene.

Extremely unprofessional, unreliable company with nonexistent customer service
I ordered a ZENITH hX97Z2 Gaming PC – RTX 5070 Ti | Ryzen 7 9800X3D | DDR5 32GB.
My experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. Before purchase, everything looked good. Customer service was responsive, replying 3–4 times per day, and the company seemed professional.
After payment, problems started:
I paid for priority handling, yet the build process was extremely slow.
The overall process (build + shipping) dragged on for about a month.
“Priority” did not feel like priority at all.
The moment the shipment was created, communication collapsed:
Replies slowed down, then almost stopped.
Phone support became unreachable.
Messages were ignored for days.
I also paid for priority shipping:
A delivery time was initially shown.
The package never arrived.
The delivery estimate later disappeared entirely
UPS tracking still shows:
“Label created, UPS has not received the package”
UPS has confirmed the package was likely:
never picked up never scanned or never handed over at all. There is no proof the package ever entered the UPS system.
Despite this, the seller gave vague assurances like “probably tomorrow or Monday,” with no factual basis.
I repeatedly asked the seller to open a UPS tracing claim, which only the sender can do.
These requests were ignored completely.
Under Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen 1990:932 & Distansavtalslagen 2005:59), the seller is fully responsible until delivery. That responsibility has not been met.
Because the PC has not been delivered after more than a month, and the seller refuses to cooperate, I will initiate a bank chargeback on Monday, February 2, 2026.

Virker som veldig bra kundeservice og tilbakemeldinger via epost. Har ikke mottatt mine varer ennå, men gledes. I tillegg står det at det er stor pågang i januar, så levering av pcen kan ta litt lengre tid. Satser på at det ikke drøyer for lenge.

Very poor experience, contract not respected, consumer law ignored
I had a very disappointing experience with Greencom and I cannot recommend buying from them.
I ordered a prebuilt PC from Greencom.no with 32 GB DDR5 RAM and a specific internal Wi-Fi card. This is clearly stated on my order confirmation and invoice.
When I received the PC:
It was delivered with only 16 GB RAM
I also received the wrong Wi-Fi card (a USB dongle instead of the ordered internal card)
I contacted support immediately and provided photos and documentation. Instead of correcting the mistake, Greencom claimed they were “unable” to deliver the PC as ordered and tried to force a return of the entire PC, rather than supplying the missing RAM and the correct network card.
Under Norwegian consumer law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the seller is obligated to deliver what was agreed, and the consumer has the right to demand correction. A seller cannot unilaterally cancel the contract or force a return when the customer wants the order completed. Despite this, Greencom refused to take responsibility for their own mistake.
The support experience was dismissive, and involved questioning whether I had even ordered from their Norwegian site, despite the invoice being in NOK and clearly from Greencom.no.
In summary:
Incorrect product delivered
Refusal to correct clear defects
Attempt to avoid legal obligations
Poor customer service and accountability
I am now forced to involve Forbrukerrådet to get a basic consumer right respected.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend Greencom. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect them to handle it professionally or in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws.
Update (21/01/26): Greencom has now explicitly stated that they will only send the missing RAM if I delete my negative reviews. This is review manipulation, and completely unacceptable. I paid for 32 GB RAM and received only 16 GB. Instead of correcting their mistake unconditionally, they are trying to coerce me into removing my honest feedback before fulfilling their contractual obligations.
As a result, I am now initiating a chargeback with my bank for the missing components. The case is also documented for consumer authorities.
This confirms my original review: Greencom does not respect contracts, consumer rights, or fair business practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious.
Edit - Answer to Greencom (11/02/26): Your explanation is inaccurate and does not reflect what actually happened.
At the time of purchase, the configuration offered to me was clearly listed as 32 GB RAM, and this is documented in my order confirmation and invoice. I did not “exploit” anything — I simply ordered the product as it was presented.
In fact, the product description continued to display 32 GB RAM for weeks after my purchase, and the same specification was still listed on price-comparison sites such as Prisjakt. The description was only changed later. This strongly suggests the listing was modified after the sale, not that I misunderstood it.
After prolonged back-and-forth, you eventually offered to send the missing RAM, but when this was again delayed, I accepted your alternative proposal to return the computer for a refund. The PC was returned and received by you, yet weeks later there is still no confirmation that the refund has been issued.
This entire process unfortunately confirms my experience: poor follow-up, shifting explanations, and failure to handle a straightforward case professionally. Based on this, I cannot recommend buying from Greencom.
