The GCI are really quick to sort out my cycle to work application. They respond quickly to emails. They also don't have an end-of-scheme final payment that other C2W companies do. Highly recommended.

Really efficient, whole process done in a day. Can't fault them and would recommend using them to purchase your new bike.

GCI were a pleasure to deal with - it was my company who were having to keep up the pace. Easy from submittal to receiving the voucher. Managed to convince my employer to move away from the Cycle to Work scheme which we've historically used - which charged too high a commission versus other, newer schemes available.

I asked my organisation if we could set up a cycle to work scheme. We are only a small team and my manager was worried that this would generate a lot of extra work for herself and the Admin Coordinator.
We initially approached another scheme, based in America. They couldn’t make sense of our project name and failed to reply to an email.
Then we looked into GCI on the recommendation of another charity as they supply all the templates and agreements needed to set it up . We applied for instant purchase. Started this morning and had the voucher by the end of the day! I also had to phone them to correct a typo I had made on my agreement-phone answered after a minute and the friendly member of staff sorted this out immediately.
If you are small organisation looking to set up a scheme for your employees, this is the scheme to go for.

No Halfords in the list for cycle to work ?? it's a shame... no use for me...

Now they have converted the bad experience into a good one, by providing Tredz retailer option which is an Halfords company, better alternative to Halfords... got a good deal in Tredz with better quality and discounted price... Thanks GCI and Tredz!!

Form was straight forward, everything went through very quickly and as soon as my employer made the payment on receipt of the invoice I received the voucher and could collect the bike. Absolutely faultless! thank you

Used their GCI Instant. Invoice paid late afternoon and recieved emails and voucher very next morning. This is how a C2W scheme should work. Plus £1 fee instead of £100s I paid using other C2W provider...Highly Recommend.

I can’t thank Rob and his team enough. I was left in an impossible situation that was not GCI fault or my fault. I made a plea to Rob and his team for some help and they went above and beyond to resolve my issue to a level that was satisfactory enough for me to be able to accept. GCI web page was self explanatory for the process, but when got told things slightly differently by one of the shops I've contacted GCI and got assurance and guidance.
I am surprised how quick everything works and am very happy that my corporate Cycle to work scheme is with them.
