Haben Nematoden gegen Ameisen bestellt und angewendet . Alles genau wie von Green Guardian vorgeschrieben gemacht und ratz Fitz waren die Ameisen verschwunden . Für uns war wichtig das alles ohne Chemie erfolgt , da wir 2 kleine Hunde haben und andere Insekten nicht geschädigt werden . Hat alles prima geklappt . Sehr zu empfehlen Danke

Ordered leatherjacket nematodes which were duly dispatched on 24 hour Royal Mail service. Tracking details were sent and package got to a main depot. I received no further updates from Royal Mail and queried why it hadn’t arrived with Green Gardener by email. Had a very prompt reply to say they would look into it and then a further email saying they would resend my order. These arrived as expected, as have all my previous orders from you. Many thanks for your excellent customer service.

Great environmentally friendly products, very quick delivery

Ordered some nematodes but unfortunately they were delivered outside of 24hr Royal Mail times. Royal Mail advised us to contact seller. We were then told by Green Gardener that nematodes can actually survive up to 7 days in the post. By Day 7 still no delivery. When they finally arrived, Green Gardener then said thay actually they can live longer than 7 days in the post. Read everywhere and this is incorrect information, complete lies. Asked for a refund and then Green Gardener stopped answering emails. AVOID

Green Gardener have replied below but I can confirm that they have not responded to multiple emails, last on 16th May, so more lies. If only they would be as quick to respond to emails as they are to a Trustpilot review. At no point was a return and refund offered, only told the nematodes would be fine for up to 7 days, and then told they would be fine over 7 days. I would also imagine that they would argue that as it is a live product this would be ineligible for refund. If you don’t want to risk wasting your money, AVOID.

I needed a garlic smoke bomb for my greenhouse as it is full of produce and has early signs of white fly. My local garden centres only stock sulphur based bombs. So I surfed the net and found Green Gardener. A nice product. Competative price and prompt delivery. Thanks.
