Chris came out today to help with our squirrel problem. He was very good and explained everything he was doing and what happens next. Very pleased with the service.

Once again a knowledgeable person Nico attended our property. We had evidence which he confirm was a baby rat (dead). Now been 7 days with no rat sightings or burrowing . Fingers crossed they have vacated our garden. Thanks JG pest control

Extremely disappointed.
Been charged over £7k for the treatment of 6 apartments.
They sell it as a complex job and the need for a few teams with 3 visits.
Visit 1 - 2 guys for half a day.
Visit 2 - 1 guy for 2 hours.
Visit 3 - never happened as they claimed that it's not really needed.

Total rip off!

Elliot was exceptional and knowledgeable about his job, helped and informed us of what to look out for in the future after the work he carried out.
Made us feel more relaxed after the mouse issues that we have had.

Today I had the second visit to treat the mice in my attic which was carried out by Barry Finch. He kept me informed throughout the visit. There has been some bait taken since first visit and this visit he was able to notice a potential entry point into the property which wasn’t picked up on first visit from a different colleague. He has filled the potential entry point and said to book the third visit in 3 weeks time.

Prompt & very effective service, would highly recommend recommend.

Just had a visit from an agent/operative from JGPC called Nico Haynes, and it was a very positive experience.

He was punctual and professional in identifying and treating all of the problem areas in my home, as well as giving positive advice at allay the concerns I have regarding the ‘pest’ problem.

I would definitely recommend this company and Nico if you have any problems in your home with regards to unwanted pest problems.

Very efficient. I supplied the wood to construct a frame gir the traps but it was not a problem

They’re incredibly inconsistent. My room has bedbugs. I saw one at the start, and even after their treatment, I’m still being bitten. There’s plenty of evidence: small black spots and the typical bite pattern (three in a row). Yet they insist it’s not enough because I haven’t trapped or seen another one, as if they don’t understand how bedbugs actually behave.

Chris was professional throughout his v8sit, explained what he was going to do and were baits where left. He made sure he left the room as he found them.
Left clear instructions how to contact company for follow up visit. Would recommend this company

Arrived a bit later than the time window I was given, but that was okay. Very polite and amenable. Checked out what was required, all good, but advised for the third visit to double check, all include in the price.

Luke was good and checked everything, my rodent infestation has gone, so thrilled.

Jamie arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He explained the situation and set traps very efficiently before outlining the next stage of the process.

Luke arrived early and was very friendly and reassuring. He took time to explain how the treatment had worked and removed our traps without any issues. Excellent service - would recommend.
