We have been supported by Greenmachine with our office cleaning for just over 2 years now. They have always been friendly and professional - and delivered cleaners (ours has been with us for a long time) who have met our high standards. Would recommend.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid at All Costs

Our experience with this cleaning service has been nothing short of unacceptable. Despite being contracted to clean for 1.5 hours each day, the cleaners were consistently on-site for an hour or even less. This blatant lack of professionalism and integrity is completely unacceptable for a service we were paying for in good faith.

When we raised our concerns about the inadequate service, instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were met with an alarming series of threatening emails. This aggressive and unprofessional response only reinforced our decision to discontinue their services.

It is also worth noting that this is a franchised operation, meaning that the same individual who oversees your cleaning is also the complaints handler and area manager. This lack of accountability makes it incredibly difficult to escalate concerns or seek a fair resolution.

If you are looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company has demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism.

the management say they will show up on the first day, they dont, just to 'make sure you're serious' i wasnt provided any training, and my manager failed to show up for the entire time i worked. i left when my manager said he would show up, and then just didnt. They have subsequently entirely failed to pay me, and keep telling me i have to wait for a response from payroll, who have not made any attempt to contact me. They did not give me any papers of any timesheets, nothing to even suggest i worked for the company. Don't work for them save yourself the time i have had to begin tribunal proceedings to attempt to get the money i am owed for my hours worked.

This company is awful pay from the 1st month to late day of the month but only get paid 10 days after so having to wait 10 days, no training or support not given time to build a pipeline expected to book appointments as soon as you start for companies that are already contract with another company, worst company ever

Terrible company that don’t pay staff, avoid

A poor company to work for! You are spoken to like a child. Cleaning products are awful then they have the audacity to ask you why you havnt conoleted a task after reporting. They give you a tiny amount of time to clean a place that should be cleaned to a full standard that would take 2 people atleast in that time. 24 hour absence line and emegancy line that's not manned past 5pm and totally closed on weekends so if you have an emergency you wint get any help. Managers huff and puff at you and they are lazy cleaners. They expect the world from you with no give. There all related to eachother aswell so be warned that screams red flags itself. No gloved provided. Training is awful too. They only care about robbing buisness of money and paying you peanuts.

Great service from Green Machine over a number of years. They have been especially great during the pandemic, allowing huge amounts of flexibility and adapting their approaches quickly. The Mgt team are quick to respond and carry out regular audits to maintain standards.

I have found Green Machine efficient, helpful and they provide a one stop solution to our ever evolving needs.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, GM have been extremely supportive of the practice. Their response times have been impressive and the service seamless. Going forward GM have been proactive in helping the practice put additional measures in place, to help cope with the forthcoming winter demands and the pandemic
