I've ordered a couple of items from Gretta which were both lovely. I contacted their customer service to ask a question before ordering & was answered straight away & given a discount code! I got a message both times asking if my orders were ok. T-shirts were lovely & I recommend the personalised tote bag as gifts (they're so handy & unique!) All in all a lovely small business to support.

I have two products from Gretta now and love both of them. It’s so soft! Quick delivery, especially considering it’s personalised. Will buy more from Gretta in the future!

Would give zero if I could. Totally unprofessional and pushy individual. Hounding someone for days even after they have told her she has had a rough time and in the middle of a really upsetting ordeal. Then threatening legal action and calling her tapped all over a silly top. No compassion for someone who has explained they had suffered a miscarriage and couldn’t create content. Avoid like the plague

Very unpleasant to work with. For someone who prides themselves on being positive and inclusive they are actually quite the opposite. Next time you want to work with someone try being abit more compassionate and polite.

I have witnessed first hand how rude and unprofessional the owner of this company has been towards someone who was dealing with a personal family loss at the time of being hounded to promote this brand for free. I have seen correspondence and now legal action threatened because someone didn’t promote the brand on social media. Awful owner and terrible customer service. Highly recommend people avoid this company

Zero stars if I could. I have honestly never come across someone so rude, insensitive, selfish and callous. She has put me under so much unfair pressure following a very traumatic event for her own gain that I’m actually shocked she expresses herself as such a positive individual. I wouldn’t take any business to her.
