I had an appointment on Friday to review my car with Kyle Jordan.
He looked at my car. I told him that I needed a car with a bigger boot as I now have to use a disabled scooter and mine scooter won't fit in my picanto. He sorted everything out and I pick up my new Kia in about eight weeks.

A back window would not go back up once opened. Phone Griffin Mill and spoke to service receptionist. Said there was a 3-6 weeks waiting list and they couldn't do anything and went to put the phone down!!! I asked if we could use RAC and she said of oh yes and put the phone down.
Her attitude stank to be honest

Recently bought a Kia from Griffin Mill in Pontypridd, Nicholas and Corey were more than helpful and took me step by step throughout the whole purchase process, booked a test drive and drove away 2 days later with the car being valeted, couldn’t have asked for more!

Rip off. I needed a radio code for my wifes Nissan Note. They said I would have to book it in for 1 hours labour to take the radio out to read the serial number which would cost £180.(To take the radio out is 10 minutes max) They would then have to communicate with Nissan who would supply them with the code. I said no chance.

Instead I e mailed Nissan GB who instructed me how to bring up the serial number on the display. I supplied them with this and proof of ownership and they gave me the code for free. It worked 1st time.

I'm sure this is all Griffin Mill would have done, likely not even bothering to take the radio out. Utter greed on display.

Drove away from Griffin Mill in my new Dacia Sandero Stepway today. I am over the moon with both my car and the way I was looked after.
Sahid was outstanding as a Salesman. All the staff in the showroom made me feel welcome and comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family.
I live in Weston super Mare but it was worth every penny to drive to Pontypridd and be looked after by Sahid.

I would like to say that my recent experience at Griffin Mill Upper Boat was very pleasing. I would like to thank Megan. Megan resolved the courtesy car issues and got me back on the road with an electric car.
Megan kept me updated with the progress of the works being done. Rang me to say that there was a delay due to staff not coming in and informed me to further warranty issues.
a big thank you for looking after me throughout the duration. Car was also valeted when I picked it up.

So I'm at the end of my finance on my captur ,after contacting them with a view to going to view a newer car on Saturday at lunchtime ,they went ahead and sold the car I was meant to be viewing ,totally understand that they don't wanna lose a sale but I wasn't even informed !they could've just dropped me a quick email to let me know ,it's a 2 hour drive from home !!!!! Obviously don't need my money that badly ,

Purchasing my Nissan Qashqai from Griffin Mill upper boat Pontypridd was a walk in the park thanks to mr Martin Baker who made myself and my family most welcome and made choice,information and all the necessary paperwork completely stress free my thanks also to John and miss Meredith for their input, again for being so helpful . I would have no hesitation in recommending Nissan at upper boat Pontypridd to any of my family and friends.

While they had the franchise in Weston Super Mare they replaced the brake pads on my Renault. The brakes wouldn’t stop squealing. I was told to leave it 2 weeks to see if they bed in. When I rang back 2 weeks later I got the message the franchised had closed. After a couple of phone calls I was told to drive 50 miles (100 miles round trip) to Wales but they would probably charge me for any work needed to be done. I’ve subsequently found out the job was not done correctly and that they used inferior parts. No one has ever offered any help or solutions.

I had my previous car for 12yrs.and was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car, Martin the salesperson at Nissan was exceptional he explained everything and it all went smoothly and the car's not bad either.

Booked my van in for a service when I came to collect was charged £540.00 when I questioned this price was told that they had undercharged me on my last service
So I guess they overcharged me for my resent service when I rang another peugoet dealer they quoted me £400.00 so I would never use them again if you want to save some money book another dealership

I recently looked at buying a second hand Nissan from the Griffin Mill, I spoke with the salesman Martin Baker who was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I decided to buy a car and paid the £99 refundable deposit using my bank card. After a few days I decided not to buy the car and asked for a refund as I needed the money to buy a new car. I expected to get an immediate refund on my bank card. I was told the refund had to go through their Head Office. After numerous phone calls and a visit to the showroom, it took a month for the money to be returned to my account. I was very disappointed by this poor service, why can’t Griffin Mill return the deposit immediately using the card machine in the same way Supermarkets refund customers. This experience has put me off buying a car from Griffin Mill in the future.

Well, I feel like I have to chip in to balance some of the reviews in here, since I owe this company a massive thank you for looking after my car for the last 5 years.

Just to give some background, I have bought my Kia Ceed in Barcelona and have driven and serviced it there for 2 years in 2 different Kia garages, so I can compare Griffin Mill to other Kia services out there. And though other Kia garages were quite good, Griffin Mill are exceptional. The team overall and especially the mechanics are brilliant. Small note, their communications can sometimes be tricky, but as soon as you're there, you and your car are being taken care of exceptionally well. Every time I pick my car up it feels brand new in terms of driving, not sure what they do, but it is worth it. They care about what they do and it shows. Had done plenty of servicing with Halfords before, and every time I was picking my car up, it felt like they've done f all to it. I have to confess, I've used Halfords once for majour service trying to save some money with this Kia, and guess what.... same "have they done anything with it" question. Came back to Griffin and yet again, the car feels new. I feel I can trust these guys to take a proper care of my vehicle.

SO, there are plenty of cheaper places out there, but I can guarantee, not many of them have this standard. Thank you.
