A few days after placing my order online, I received a notification that the amount paid had been refunded to my credit card. There was no explanation of why. I was unable to contact the company. 2 stars was given because at least my money was refunded.

Great service and a fantastic product
Great service and a fantastic product. Always keeping us informed about when our shipment is due. Reliable and no fuss service.
We have had grind and gears on subscription now for over a year now, during which time other coffee subscriptions have came and went. I see no immediate reason to change.

Great coffee this month from Ethipoia. Was delivered by bike in Edinburgh within a day. Worked well with milk but was exceptional as filter. (Mainly used with a v60 and Mokka pot.)
