I wish I could give GRIP Technologies 0 stars. I have found that they have no regard for good customer service, and seem to be unable to listen and explain things to their customers in a concise and logical manner. There is no team cohesion with one person in their team advising one thing, and another person advising another thing. It seems that Muhammad who is the Director of the company seems more interested in arguing with his customers than thinking outside the box and trying to compromise. Most importantly, I believe the organisation is not complaint with their data privacy obligations and I’ve had no choice but to refer my concerns to the regulator. I would beware at all costs if I had my time over.
I have seen the response and respectfully disagree. There is nothing illegal or unethical about providing factual information. Your customer service is diabolical. Not responding to emails for several weeks. Hanging up on customers when they call. Speaking over customers when they are trying to speak. All examples of terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Location not great
The process of the medical review for the personal Injury Portal worked well and was efficient and the doctor was nice. However the location for the medical assessment was not. It was held in a small hotel bedroom in a very strange ("described as "quirky") hotel/holiday lodge on the outskirts of Alnwick.
I have just seen the reply to my review and i totally disagree. I have never been in a hotel meeting room that only had chairs for two people and contained two beds and a washbasin.
