Doesn't give a smooth shave as advertised, the delicate/sensitive tool cuts your skin. They also set up a subscription, take the money and then email you to let you know you have a subscription.

Product is good, working well. It was I was looking for. However the company itself has its issues on taking advantage of customers’ trust. Keep a close eye to extra odd order confirmations and their charge!

Nothing like advertised, you have to repeatedly go over and over hair for it to be removed and then its still missed some. Its cut all under my arms, will definitely not be using it on my b*tt hole. Safe my backside!!
Customer Service is shocking.
Please don't even think about buying this groomer!!

It’s a great way to be hair free
I’ve always waxed. Now it’s so convenient to pick up and use. Recharging lasts ages too.

Not impressed, it doesn’t cut very well with any of the attachments. They also signed me up to a blade and oil subscription, which I specifically did not sign up for when ordering. I cancelled it as soon as I realised but they still sent the first subscription order and charged me for it.

After a month still waiting for a product was contacted quickly by customer services and promised a replacement would be sent yet nothing now received email saying, your case is resolved so closing the ticket SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great buy having not used this type of razor before I’ve been used to using a wet shave for years , now have practically given up on my other razors, very smooth to the skin and no need to use excessive pressure .

I have been using groom for a great length of time and it his a game changer i now don't chave in water I do my head and face all at once would highly recommend this.

Product is average at best - takes longer than advertised to arrive.
they also tie you into a subscription I had no idea I was in.
they make it as difficult as possible to get out of.
I would not use this company or their service.

Arrived within 24hrs and packaged well. It automatically subscribed me to a subscription but I cancelled that and was straight forward

All from China says 4 days for delivery takes 3 weeks such a scam

The new magnetic heads are super easy to clean and still give a smooth shave with no nicks or abrasions. 10/10

Please be careful when purchasing from this company. I bought a product that did not work at all—extremely poor quality.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. You can email them, but they don’t respond, and there’s no other way to get in touch. On top of that, they continue to take recurring payments from your bank account, and getting a refund seems impossible. The only way to stop the charges is to cancel your subscription altogether.
I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.

I bought the razor kit and travel bag. Very happy with both. My order arrived the day after I ordered it and I got a discount on the travel bag. Very happy with my purchase. It was well packaged and it does actually work as they say it does. Very easy to use. Very happy customer. They also offer a discounted subscription scheme for new blades. Brilliant!

Great item but awful customer service - make sure you pay by PayPal as they will refuse to refund you when the item does not arrive - be warned !!!!

Absolute rubbish, can’t get the attachments on. Watched endless videos, still can’t seem to attach them. Wish I’d read the reviews on here before purchasing.

This is the 3rd skull shaver I have tried and I’ve had no problems with it, at all! In fact it is by far the best shaver I’ve tried. I have always struggled with shaving rash and redness as my hair grows in weird circles, under my chin and on my neck. I’ve tried several electric shavers for my face stubble over the years and they’ve always left my face and neck red and angry, and without leaving a decent smooth finish.
Since using the TrimPod my head, face and neck haven’t looked better. It gives my head a very nice and easy shave when using the 7 head attachment, and then switch to the 3 head attachment for the face and neck.
It doesn’t cut as close as a safety razor, but I’m grateful for that as it stopped me getting ingrown hairs.
For the price I can’t rate it high enough. I’ve set up a regular order for replacement heads starting in 2 months.
I’m a very happy customer and feel sorry for those who’ve had a bad experience.
