Awful product broke after one use, nothing like the adds. Also got charged for replacement blades I didn’t order

What a waste of money! Bought for my partner for Christmas so out of the 30 day money back warranty as I bought it the end of November. It doesn’t hold its charge, so contacted customer service, I was asked to send pics and videos (no longer that 15 seconds), done that, they came back with another email asking for pics & videos! DO NOT buy complete waste of money and CS a waste of space!

I had the platinum pitbull head shaver which cost over 200 pound , but I’m used the new Groomhere magnetic head , head shaver now which I think is a lot better and a lot cheaper got a subscription service for new heads at a very reasonable price can’t fault this product

Total junk. Very poor shave. Leaves loads of stubble regardless of how many times you pass. Bit of scam

Very good product but not as advertised, does not give you a close shave but the package with the extra items is worth the money

Tried taking 2 payments, Bank flagged up scam payment and cancelled payments after investigation.

Great item,husband loves it…was sceptical as nothing quite does the job like a wet Shave on his head..but it’s next best thing and far less time for a daily routine..great item great service

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! If i could of given them less than one star i would, they are thieves! The 3.0 is a terrible shaver, i needed to buy an even cheaper shaver, that is brilliant, but this shaver is terrible, doesnt shave close. But that is not the real problem, the problem is that i keep unsubscribing to this company, but they keep taking money out of my bank. I have emailed them and recieced a reply, but they still continue to take money out of my bank, even though i have told them i dont use it. My next action will need to be legal action, dont go near them

The shaver looks nice good battery life

Sites a joke ordered what I wanted and all was ok then They start sending me extra items and taking money out of my account AVIOD. Which I didn’t subscribe to or no I had as not made clear

Very good item cuts well charges quickly easy to hold

This company is amazing. I bought this razor for my other half. He was sceptical at first. But he loves it. Recently we have had a few issues with the razor breaking. The customer service team was right on it. Sorting out a new razor. My other half said he will not go anywhere else for his razor ever again. Thank you groom we will probably be life long customers. I will upload a new picture soon

Product started to make a funny noise after a few months of use. Sounded like the motor had a problem. Customer service offered me a discount on purchasing a new one but wouldn't replace the product I had lost confidence in. Needless to say I won't be spending any more money with them.

Checked the address for this company on Google Street View, this address is for Kostia art studio, been on the Kostia site they are definitely at 60 Rue François 1er 75008 Paris.
Groomhere no where to be seen. Not going to purchase from this company.
