I received my oder and loved the outcome. Only hesitation was using the attachment for the "private" area, but painless and satisfied with everything.
This is a great product and highly recommend for a guy to purchase!

Bought the mens 7 floating head razor about 12 months ago and he loves it for his bald head - says its the best one yet. Was recommended by our son in law. Great with communication about when a new head is about to be sent to let us know incase we want to cancel and get it later

Custom service is very poor, I was bought the trim pod as a gift and after 3 weeks it stopped working, I emailed explaining my situation and sent videos of the shaver not working, they sent out the part they thought was the problem that I had to pay postage on. When I received the part it was not the part on the invoice, I explained I shouldn't have to pay postage as this is your fault, but no (Zubair, customer services manager) said it's the policy the customer has to pay postage!! I feel like I'm being penalized for my "poor explanation" even tho I sent videos and pictures (I'm not the expert in this field) and with all respect neither is Zubair by the sounds of it!! I'm now being ignored for weeks then after a number of emails by me threatening to take the situation further, I get a response just repeating the same old S**T. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I've now bought a cheaper one of Amazon that works perfectly.

Was 10 days late arriving. Poor quality and cut my under arms badly! Very sore. Also nicked bikini line. Not a close shave even on fairly flat areas like legs. Requires many passes to achieve anything like a decent shave! Not suitable for intimate areas. Unable to make a comment on FB, clearly to stop the torrent of poor reviews! Do not waste your money 😞

Brought the shaver for my husband and he loves it. Had a bit of trouble with the round head falling off but once I emailed Lucy in customer services she sent me a replacement and it works perfectly.
I’m not a huge fan of subscription but there is the option to pause it each month until you need a replacement and you can cancel the subscription so ignore the moaning reports from others!
My husband wished he got one sooner, easy to use and a very smooth finish.

Ordered nearly a month ago, still haven't received my order. Avoid at all costs as I'm now wanting a refund. Don't advertise a quick and efficient service if you can't follow it up.

Wife bought me it for Xmas - unfortunately an Awful bit of kit. Unable to shave, feels like you are ripping the hair out of your face. Piece of crap!

My bollocks have never been so smooth absolutely love this later shaver i do full body and i mean full body loving the look cheers guys

As the other reviews state, the subscription is lacking transparency. The blades are practically new and another charge was taken unexpectedly for replacement blades. As I have said to groom here, 1 to 2% one star reviews due to an issue his user error, 23% one star reviews is a UI issue. I have no trust in them and I won’t buy again.

The 7 blade cutter on the 3.0 model is a whole easier to clean and makes the job tons better than struggling to open the blades on the 2.0.

Loved the shaver & the effectiveness of it, but not the way they put you on an automatic subscription, "unless you untick" the option..
Must be in very small writing. Plus, I didn't need a new head that quick!

I have no issues with the product (Groom Pod 3.0 with the 7 blade magnetic head) which I’m really happy with TBH.

The issue is their website is awful. I have received notification of a new blade being despatched in 3 days. I’m happy to subscribe to replacement blades, but the plan defaults to sending one every 6 weeks, which is far too often for my level of use.

There are links in the email to pause or restructure the subscription plan. Both of those links take you to a landing page which requires an access code to be input - this should be emailed to you when you press the relevant button, but I cannot get a code to come through. (I have been trying since last night, and have tried both the “pause order” and “amend your sub” route several times with no codes being emailed to me).

I have now emailed them directly asking for a better way of accessing / managing the subscription plan. Fingers crossed I get a response.

They take Extra payments a month later and say you bought more blades.

I had received a defective item. I returned it but so far far did no receive any refund. Be careful with this company!

Great product. Abysmal customer service. I've tried a few times to pause my subscription, then the last shaver head didn't fit. Numerous messages backwards and forwards each time with a reply of can you explain what is wrong.
So I have just cancelled as I just don't have the time to keep going around in circles!

Product is rubbish is firstly but looked and sounded amazing, then to find they automatically subscribe you to repeat orders and try make out someone has used my card fraudulent and to contact my bank.

They also said I have voluntarily signed up for a subscription but it’s obviously very well hidden and in no accounts detailed on your confirmation order.

SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID

Avoid, avoid avoid.

These are absolute charlatans who wants supplying a single purchase product without the permission then sign you up for subscriptions for replacement parts that you simply don’t need yet. And they take money from your bank and you will get Little or no communication from them.. absolute Cowboys avoid.

I’ve used Groom for a number of years. The machine is excellent. Grooms customer support is also very good.

Excellent service, and price. Cannot fault the shaver! Exactly as described and advertised.
