Just wrapped up the GrowYourBnB course with Piers, and it was mad! The whole experience was top-notch. Piers is a proper coach—knows his stuff and explains things in a way that just clicks. These guys get good results and train you at the same time. Having moved from AST’s to the serviced accommodation model has made a huge difference. Cannot praise Piers and his team enough for the work they have done with our Serviced Accommodation business. We started not knowing anything more about Airbnb than the average person, we didn't understand how crucial marketing is to gaining direct bookings. Together we launched our BRR to SA and within the first week we gained a 2 month booking, we then cherry picked the correct incoming bookings to secure another long stay, keeping us at 100% occupancy. I came to work with Piers and his team since I got a few days bookings and sometimes no bookings plus I got a few long term enquiries for bookings but it ended up with no confirmation. I changed the way of opening my calendar in weekdays and weekends even didn’t help. Also, I was tired with getting the linen changed and cleaned after short bookings of 2-3 days.

Fantastic investment working with Piers and his team. So many more ways to market my properties than I had imagined. I've gone from having an average length of stay of 2.2 days to getting a 5 week booking, taking my business from just breaking even to finally making a worthwhile amount of money. I don't review or recommend many things; the sad reality is that most people oversell and under-deliver, but this has been a great 5 weeks and I still have some other stuff I haven't even implemented yet. Genuinely delighted with the results so far.
