This company as a organization, its a completely disaster. Their products are good and no doubt about that. In the other hand, the way they deal with customers and potencial source of business its an absolute disgrace.
I am opening a business of detailing in Portugal, so 2 weeks ago I have decided to contact them and enquiry about a trade customer account. I have emailed them more than 6 times for over 2 weeks with no reply, so even though, I have decided to give them a call. The lady on the other side apologised and said she would chase this for me and make sure someone would call me the day after. I have waited 3 days and nothing so I rang them again. She now apologised and said she would make sure someone would call me that same day, well.....its been another week and nothing. Its just disgusting the way I felt treated even before I have presented my business to this people. It just gave me a clue of what would be if I have done any business with them, can you imagine? Chase an order, get information about a product, etc etc etc. Also, they showed absolutely no interest in what my business could represent for them, they have no idea how big or small it will be, they just not interest on the revenue I could represent to them.
Well this put another company on my way KochChemie. In a couple of HOURS they called me, set me up an account, sent me samples, wanted to know more about my business and the respect and support towards my business is in another level. I am DEEPLY disapointed with gtechniq as a brand and working, (NOT) as a company.

I used the Gtechniq W8 Bug Remover product for the first time this week and followed the instructions to the letter, and I noticed there were some kind of watermarks left on both sides of the bonnet, so I took the car to my hand car wash and it took 6 washes, using strong polish, T-Cut for the marks to fade, but there are still slight marks left.

My car wash usually costs £20, but of course I had to have it washed 6 times!

I’m extremely upset and disappointed with this product.

Also when I contacted the company directly, they were unhelpful and wouldn’t take any responsibility!

I have since brought Autoglym Active Insect Remover, which is amazing!

So stay away from Gtechniq W8 Bug Remover or you and your car will regret it!

I doing this review as the whole customer experience with Gtechiq was simply awesome. My computer defaulted my address they corrected it for me confirming via email and the speed of delivery next day was excellent. Probably the best of many companies I’ve ordered stuff from recently which is a lot as I’ve moved into a new home.
Once my hip recovers I’ll try the products out but I don’t think there will be an issue.

Absolutely amazing products. I used the Gtechniq Quick Detailer and Ceramic Sealant spray. The finish on my 2 year old Audi is incredible. Looks like new. Water simply beads off and provides a great barrier against grime. Just superb!

Just received my latest order from GTECHNIQ to refresh my stock, and as always, their products continue to impress. He’s asked me to help him detail it, so I came prepared—packed a few trusty MF1 microfiber cloths in my luggage and pointed him to the American GTECHNIQ site to order the essentials.

Once his products arrive, we’ll be diving into a proper father-son detailing session. Can’t wait to see the transformation.

Ordered on a Thursday @ 14:46 and paid extra for ‘express’ delivery, items turned up on Monday 4 days later because of their dispatch times and the delivery company don’t deliver on weekends. I find this astonishing in 2025. I asked for a partial refund to cover the additional delivery cost which I don’t think is unreasonable but this was declined as they put the blame squarely on me… Overall not a great experience and will go elsewhere in future.

Really easy to use website, very clear descriptions and simple to check out.

All the Gtechniq products I have used so far have been very good, all have exccede my expectations and have been easy to use with simple instructions to follow.

Very pleased indeed with this product. Preparation of your paintwork before application is essential in my opinion. I thoroughly washed the car with snow foam and rinsed with water. Then using a clay bar and lubricant I cleaned one panel at a time. Then applied the ceramic coat with a micro cloth, as per the instructions. Will re-apply in 6 months!
