Dan was a brilliant tutor and explained everything too a good understanding would highly recommend

A good course covering all aspects of tunnel, shaft and general underground safety. There is a lot to go through but Dan used real life examples to give the information an edge.

After the days training you panic thinking how am I going to remember all this information but once the test comes you quickly realise that if you take your time you will have no issues.

Hi, I completed my SMSTS course with GTE last week. I am pretty satisfied with the trainer, Dan. he tried to make the course useful, less boring and functional. His stories were only based on experience and interesting to someone who wants to have a management responsibility.

Great teacher aided to get me 100% on the test at the end of the course

Dan made the course easy to relate to with his experience of real life situations and backed it up with clear and concise theory.

Ray is a very good teacher and extremely experienced within the field of construction, a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience enables him to relate and resonate with the group. very recommended.
