It's been 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I called at the 1 week point and was told it should be shipping "tomorrow". Wonder if I'll ever actually get the product. Hmmm........

Shorty's cool. I wish he could be disarticulated, tho. However, he will adequately assist with my education.

The IV venipuncture are is excellent for teaching students and for them to get hands on experience without sticking each other.

I loved the service. Due to the situation which was no fault of the company, I was unable to get a model that I would have preferred but I like the model except it claimed that you could do Leopold's maneuver and you cannot do it very well at all.
I would buy from them again but would ask that they are more accurate on descriptions.

It was easy to find the product, web page in organized and fast.

stan arrived in good condition. he requires a little assembly, but that was easy enough. my one complaint was that the scapulas are bolted to the ribs in back, but removing one bolt gives a semblance of range of motion. it's a nice skeleton, definitely worth it overall.

A product I received was defective. After contacting Global about the situation, Adam, a Global representative, wrote to me asking what I needed. I sent pictures of the defect. Adam contacted the company who made the product and took care of relaying my concerns. I received a brand new product within a week! Fantastic service and customer relations.
Adam communicated continuously with me to make sure everything was ok. I thank him so much.

I placed an order based on the website and only later found out that the item
was not in stock. There is a 3 month wait for the new shipment, so I had to cancel the credit card order. My experience was not good. Don't know if I'll ever try ordering from this place again. They did nothing to apologize or compensate me for my disappointment and for the confusion on their end.

Two weeks after placing my order I had not received information about shipment or delivery. I called the company and was informed that for some reason the order had not shipped. It shipped the next day via FedEx. The quality of the shipping box, the internal packaging, and the preparation of one small component of the product were sub-par (the box was falling apart), but the product was not damaged in any way, which was a relief. I am completely happy with the product itself.

The web site was nice; the photos and descriptions of products were great.

I will buy again. The IV hand is very real, easy to use. The students in my workshop love it.

If I had to find something to give feedback about, I would have liked more variety of the product line I ordered from. We purchased veinipuncture arms and would like to see different types of injection pad and body parts for student learning. We would have liked to purchase a buttock model for gluteal injection and a child sized leg/upper leg for a vastus lateralus injection site. Also we want latex free items for our students with a latex allergy.
