Thank you for your feedback. We always want our patients to achieve the best possible results, and we understand it can be frustrating when you want to see changes right away.
While privacy guidelines prevent us from discussing specific cases, it is helpful to clarify that these treatments are a journey, not an overnight fix. When someone is within their first month of treatment, they are still in the initial titration phase. Providers typically start new patients at a low dose to allow the body to adjust safely, and it takes time for medical levels to build up in the system before the weight-management benefits begin.
For the vast majority of people, the medication is highly effective, but it requires consistency and a gradual increase in strength over subsequent months. Giving up within the first few weeks unfortunately means stopping before the medication has actually had the time to do its job.
We always encourage our patients to stick with the protocol and utilize their healthcare providers for guidance. If you are a current patient and want to give your body the proper time to see results, please reach out to our support team or schedule a follow-up so we can support you through the actual titration process.

I received my first order (6 weeks) of product with only 4 syringes. When I mentioned this you did send a bag of syringes which arrived 5 days later. Thank you.
But the six weeks have have ended and I have had no notice of any further deliveries. Because of the warm weather and the fact that the product has to stay cool, it would be nice to have information about delivery. At least what day it will be delivered, so I can make arrangements to have someone get it off of my porch and into my refrigerator.

Great customer support
NiceRx is the 2nd GLP company I’ve used since July of ‘25. So far I really appreciate their open and quick response to any concern I have. They always answer the phone when I call, and respond to my emails within a day. I can’t ask for better customer service. The 1st company was the complete opposite. I’ll be sticking with NiceRx due their great customer service!

Every time I order from here I end up regretting it. It’s the only place I’ve gotten glp-1 from and it not work at all. On top of that this time they charged my card and never sent it.

Great Company, Compassionate, and Reliable
I have been using NixeRx for almost a year now, and they have been absolutely fantastic!! Every delivery has always been on time, or earlier than anticipated. And, there was one instance where I had a medical emergency and was in the hospital for a few days so my funds were low until my next pay, and they had no problem adjusting my payment date due to this unforseen circumstance. Their customer service has always been reliable, extremely helpful, and they really work with you to keep the customers happy!! Great experience with them

I’m leaving a review because I actually left Nicerx for 1 month but I’m back! I love the customer service quick response and the helpful support they provide. I started in November (2nd wk)and I’m down 10 pounds as of 1/24/2026. 5 pounds a month.
