I would give zero stars if I could. I started writing my will with this company. I didn't finish because my mum passed and my daughter got seriously ill 2 days later. I tried contacting them today to finish the process. The two phone numbers are turned off and no one has replied to my email. I've now had to start all over again with another company. I've now lost £300 to Guard My Legacy. Don't touch them. Find yourself another will company. Don't use them.

This is a scam. They steal your money, and try to get more money from you when the will is drawn up. They don't send any will, then their website disappears. They don't respond to emails or calls. The money goes to a company in Spain.

My will was written up well over a month ago. I have still not received final copy. All my sent Emails chasing have been returned to me as unsent with messages of incorrect domain and telephone number doesn’t work. The only details and address they were interested in was mine, not executors and given I am a victim of domestic abuse, I think this could very well have been my perpetrators way of tracking me again and stealing more money. Wow.

i have contacted this company so many times now.
they called me and offered me a will, called back once made the payment and ran over a will, that never come now the company has no telephone number and does not get back to you.

avoid as its a scam - and tried to get another £300 from me 2 weeks ago, however now know its a scam.

I’ve not received my will, my appointment was 3 weeks ago and I’ve not had anything. The website doesn’t open. The emails I’ve sent bounce back as undelivered and the texts I’ve sent have been ignored. I get a huge feeling I’ve been scammed. I’ll retract this review if anyone ever gets back to me

This is a great company to help with end of life stuff(!) from the comfort of your own armchair. I found the team to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Moreover they are intent on acting for you by listening carefully to your wishes and then transferring it to an acceptable format for a legal document. You can adjust the draft if you need to with no problems.They dealt with two important documents for me at very reasonable cost and I have no hesitation in saying that I rate them highly. Great company, simple process and the customer service team were so polite and helpful!

There was a misunderstanding during the initial conversation that resulted in an incorrect statement on the draft document.
When this was pointed out they couldn't have been more helpful in resolving this issue.
More than happy to recommend this company but bear in mind, wherever you go, there's a charge to register the documents.
Don't let that put you off obtaining these must have documents
