Firstly Wilson and CarterLondon are not based in London, but their office is in the US and the goods come from China. The goods arrived stuffed in a small ziplock bag, and the material and design were substandard and not the quality represented on their website. When I asked for a refund I was told the return cost would be $40- $50 due to the return location and customs, and was offered a 15% discount. Everything on their website is deceptive, including delivery time and returns policy. I did try to cancel the items within a couple of hours of ordering but was refused as they were now being processed. Don’t order from them would be my advice.

sweater is soft and easy to pair with different outfits, though design is fairly simple and nothing particularly special.

AVOID this company. Ordered a pair of shoes that have arrived and they are far too small considering ordering my normal size. I have asked for a full refund but keep getting offers to persuade me to take another pair of shoes for free and to keep the pair that do not fit. Otherwise I will have to send them back to china for $50! Not happy and will never order again!

I ordered two blazers. They arrived squished into a small package. Obviously the are creased so I have asked return for a refund. I haven't had any response.
I think this company must be a con and I have learnt a expensive lesson. Read reviews before buying .

Everything went wrong. I was sent goods that were not ordered, poorly made from cheap offcuts, and tightly plastic-sealed in a bundle. I was refused my request to cancel the rest of the order. The high-quality materials promised were cheap Chinese materials. The outfits were not as advertised and each one was a different size. A request to pay £78 to reorder in a different size was refused, as was futher reductions. I would suggest that Wilson and Carter need staff to open the bundle and check the order before sending it on to their customer.

The coat feels warm and well made for everyday wear.

Please stay away from this outfit it’s a scam and they are using other company names they have a sweatshop in china who send you absolute garbage nothing like what you ordered if you paid by credit card request a chargeback via your card provider it takes a week or so for your money back into your account

I bought cargo pants and received helpful support with a return issue. The process was handled reasonably well, though it wasn't especially remarkable.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My own fault for not reading previous reviews. There are no words to describe how disgusting the products are from this company. I stupidly ordered a bunch of beautiful looking summer clothes and ended up with stuff only fit for the bin. The material is awful, as soon as I opened the bag and felt the clothing, I knew it was going to be bad. And this is supposedly not one of those “cheap and cheerful, get what you pay for” websites. The clothes are quite expensive but so much worse than those other websites.
The website quote “easy returns” which it is definitely not. They say the customer is responsible for the cost of the returns….what they don’t say is that it is $30-$50 PER ITEM!!!! to send back from the UK. Their correspondence is actually very good but consists of them making you offers to keep the items. In the end I accepted a 30% refund as it was going to cost me so much money to return everything but still a very very costly mistake on my part.
Please do not be fooled by their advertising and think that the merchandise can’t be that bad, it is worse than bad.

The polo shirt fits fairly well and feels comfortable throughout the day, though the material is quite standard overall.

Absolutely gutted. A piece of see through voil in the shape of the dress i ordered. Unwearable piece of tatt.. never been duped like this. Expected lesser standard than on pictures but THIS?? Shocking!!

I could write a lengthy review but there is no need. The company is completely fake. Do not believe any of the positive reviews as they are also fake. Do not believe any of the photos of the clothes. Also fake.

Please don’t order from this company, worse mistake I’ve ever done ordering online.. ordered 2 tops that were so badly made when they arrived, lots of cotton hanging plus the thinnest and nastiest material, wasn’t work even £5…asked to return them and told it would cost me over 50 dollars per item to return, offered a chance to order something else and keep the tat that they sent, I had no choice and told them that …. I ordered some pumps not to the value they owed me and there terrible..will end up at a charity shop.. My advice is do not order from this company because you will be very dissapointed..

The easy return process advertised is anything but...you have to pay an extortionate fee to send it internationally due to 'high demand". That doesn't surprise me.

TERRIBLE - Avoid at all costs. Dress arrived late and it was terrible- asked for a return address and refund and they said it would be $50 to return or they would refund just 15% of purchase price. Someone has to stop this company from trading and advertising immediately.

Fake business claiming to be in London but actually based in China. Clothes poor quality and not as described on their website. They dont disclose when you buy that they will fleece you if you try to return anything for a refund. And they expect you to post items to China!! Avoid these peolle
