The program is so holistic, comprehensive and supportive as well. There are many components such as the webinars and meditations. I have had a positive experience with the program and will be signing up for the webinars again. It is easily accessible and very affordable which is greatly appreciated.

I am currently doing the Gupta Program. The content is fantastic and very thorough. The videos are set in beautiful surroundings so are nice to watch. Ashok is a very compassionate and gentle teacher. The longer I'm in the program the more it continues to make sense and is easier to practice. I'm about 6 months in and I have noticed many improvements and I think continuing long term will be beneficial to my recovery from ME/CFS. I'm going to participate in another webinar series of regular live sessions to keep me on track with the brain retraining. The bank of meditations are also fantastic. There is a wide range depending what suits your needs thst day. I like the acceptance and surrender one. It all feels very supportive and nurturing. There's alot to get your head around but that's why I think it's important to keep going with it so it all becomes familiar and second nature. Looking forward to my ongoing journey with Gupta.

Since I was brand new to the Gupta program, this 12 week seminar was extremely helpful to get me started and know what to focus on. I found Ashok to be gentle, knowledgeable and did a great job providing hope and inspiration to work his program. I liked we had break-out rooms of 2-3 people to discuss the topics each week.

I think that the Gupta program is as very good approach to curing ‘difficult’ diseases where the regular medical science had no answer yet. What I appreciatie about Mr. Gupta is his attitude. I’m quite allergic to people who play the ‘guru’ and pretend to have the answer to everything. Mr. Gupta refers to regular medical care when necessary.

The Gupta Program is excellent! It is designed to teach, encourage and create community for people with chronic conditions they wish to heal from. Cutting edge research is shared with the community and is always updated.

The Live Zoom webinars hosted by Ashok Gupta are outstanding. They are divided between training, Q&A, member shares, and optional breakout rooms where small groups can meet and discuss after the core meeting. You can just watch or listen, if you do not wish to participate.

The program comes with a book and neural retraining floor map, and access to the website where there are guided instructional videos and meditations for calming the nervous system and much more.

The private FaceBook Group is so awesome where moderators, healed participants and other retrainers get to support one another, ask questions, share experiences and read fantastic success stories.

There are also coaches (who have healed using this program) available for group coaching as well and individual coaching, if you feel you need some extra support along this journey.

I love the Gupta Program and have been so grateful to experience improvements within the first few months of training. Highly recommend this for anyone who wishes to heal their chronic illness!

Half of the battle for me was learning to change my way of thinking.

I came to the Gupta program from another brain retraining program because I had some deeper issues that were impeding my recovery and I wanted to address them. The Gupta program is brilliant, well thought out and covers everything, and the game changer for me is the “parts work”. Parts Work has been a really valuable tool for me, helping me understand my protective mechanisms and my behaviors. The MCS is completely healed, I’m still recovering from CFS but now I’m doing so much better than before and I have a deeper understanding of myself. I work part time and I can travel.
Ashok explains everything in ways that make sense and are applicable to real life, the program has so many useful tools, the forum is helpful and the webinars are supportive and educational.
It takes commitment and determination and it is 100% worth it. I am so grateful.

I am so happy to be in this programm! For me it is the way back into live. I am resonate with the explantion and expierence often that I can release my nervouse system within 20 minutes of e.g. meditation. I have started the programm July 2022 and did great steps forward. I am so grateful that I came across this program! I got Long Covid in December 20 and 2021 was the worst year of my life. I was 25 and I suffered so badly from muscle pain and immense fatique and I also had a lot of anxiety because of the condition. It got to the point where I had several really bad crashes a month an I didn't believe that anything would ever help me. The Gupta Program changed everything. First of all it gave me hope, that recovery was possible, which was one of the key moments in the recovery process. Ashok has a very calming and comforting way of explaining everything (in a medical way) and the meditations and his 7 step technique are really amazing! I was sick for one year when I started the program and it took me about 7/8 month to fully recover, but I noticed the improvements immediately. What I loved about it is that he really gives you some practical tools, which you can use everyday, so you yourself can do something to become healthy again. I know, that I wouldn't be where I am today without the program and I am so grateful to finally have my life back. I recommended this program to my friend and her mother that got Covid with me, and we are all back to normal now. We also still use the meditations in hard situations and against anxiety. But I also want to say, that there is no one way to recover from a chronic illness and everyone has to find their own ways of healing. But for me the Gupta Program was the only thing that helped and I really tried a lot!

BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY: Some shady stuff going on with their return policy, even after following their policy and returning the course after a year I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK! They’re taking advantage of vulnerable people. BAD BUSINESS MODEL!

Total scam! Only way to contact is through an email and replies are canned messages with links to their manual. The money back guarantee is a lie. Several technical issues with the site. There is a constant push to purchase more for the best results. Stay away from this and spend your money on scientifically proven solutions rather than an infomercial scam. They also have strict rules about saying anything negative about the program on their Facebook page and channels. The real reviews are on Reddit. Seems to be a lot of fake 5-star reviews out there. Not hard to fake these days, sadly. So sick that this company preys on chronically ill people.

What an absolute nightmare! DO NOT USE THE GUPTA PROGRAM!

I spent a small fortune on the Gupta program because I got convinced it could help me...but buying it turned out to be the ABSOLUTE WORST thing I have ever done for my mental health.

First, you will see that their business model and their web site are setup to maximize their profits, NOT to help people. You have to pay them a small fortune up front, and keep paying for the rest of your, or you lose access to the garbage sessions.

If they actually cared about helping people, why not sell media that can be downloaded? Or sell it on a thumb drive or DVD? NO! That would actually help people; they want you to be frustrated and pay them constantly.

I purchased the program over three weeks ago, AND I STILL CAN NOT ACCESS THE LESSONS!

AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND!!!

Every time I try to access something it tells me the course is 'closed', even though I've already purchased everything.

I've contacted their support repeatedly; all I get is an autoresponder message.

NO HELP - NO REFUND - this company is an absolute nightmare!!!
