ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been emailing them almost every week since the 30/05/24 to try and sort out an account issue and they just do not respond. They are very quick to take your money but are providing zero help when there is a problem.

I've very disappointed as I suspect the programme is good, unfortunately their terrible customer service means I'm not getting the opportunity to find out.

This program is life-changing. It should be taught in schools! I'm so grateful for how much it has helped me.

After years of trying to heal from ME/CFS I finally found the missing piece. Ashok's empathy and understanding of the condition meant that for the first time I finally felt seen and understood, and his explanation of the cause of the condition made sense of my experience for the very first time. This program is helping me tremendously. I can feel that Ashok has been going through his own healing journey. That makes me trust him. Nach 8 Monaten bin ich von ca 30 Prozent Energieniveau derzeit auf 70-80 Prozent und kann wieder weitgehend alles machen, nur noch in einem verringerten Maß. Die Struktur des Gupta Programms, die täglichen Übungen, die Community, die Webinare sorgen dafür, dass man dran bleibt und sich nicht mehr so hilflos fühlt, wie nach Jahren der ergebnislosen Arztbesuche. I have been using the Gupta program to recover from ME/CFS for about seven months now and it has helped me in many ways. The disease hypothesis instantly resonated with me and the techniques that are built on it work for me. About a couple of weeks after starting the program I started to see some improvements in my physical health. I have now gone from being almost completely bedbound to being able to run my own household and work at a part time job. Besides, my coping with the condition has improved a lot. I am now much more centered, accepting and content with my life in general. The Gupta program has taught me a lot of techniques that I can use in daily life to manage my condition. Moreover, the Gupta community is very positive and supportive and it's just great to get that connection to other people and hear how they are healing too.
The only critical remarks that I have are, that the program can be a bit overwhelming and there is just a lot of content. Also, some of the techniques are quite similar to each other, so it's easy to confuse them. Besides, I personally dislike the background music of the meditations and I prefer meditations from other aps. So I have moved on to using other meditation apps in combination with the Gupta program, which has worked well too.
All in all, I can only recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with chronic illnesses!

When I booked the gupta program I expected to get a booklet, a few meditations and 15 informative videos. I liked Ashoks voice and so I thought, it might be worth a try.
I started 2 months ago and even so far I got so much more than I expected. Such a lot of additional tools and advice which will take me months to work through. The wonderful coaches with their daily online guptacise (meditation and retraining), once a week (24 times a year) the 1,5 h online meeting with Ashok Gupta himself.
What I really like is the loving and supporting athmosphere they create which spreads through the whole community. It feels like a family.
After 3.5 years of suffering from Long Covid and not getting much help from the doctors I finally have hope to get better! My overreactive nervoussystem has calmed down, the sleep improved very much and I learned such a lot about myself, much more than in the psychotherapies...
I can highly recommend this program

Having struggled with CFS for nearly a decade I had resigned myself to being unwell and there being no way of recovery. I was recommended the Gupta programme and although it does take commitment the improvements I have experienced have been phenomenal. It's not a quick fix, but it has given me so many tools to cope, support and a community of people who understand. I am on the road to hopefully a full recovery.
