I subscribe to pdf guru by mistake I did not even know the business before I ran to the company.I called them and explained the problem. The customer service answered and told me that it was cancelled but was not true. The company is desperate to make money out of innocent people by lying and misleading emails. They charged me twice $.99 on 9/25/25 and $1.99 on today 9/26/25.I will report these fraud .

Pessimo servizio. Ti fanno abbonare per una settimana al modico prezzo di € 1,99 e ci sta. Se ti dimentichi di disdire ti spillano € 49,99 (al mese!!!!) e attenzione non è che ti avvisano che il tuo abbonamento di una settimana sta scadendo. Mi sembra molto scorretto, dovrebbero a mio avviso ricordarlo.
Avrei dovuto leggere le altre recensioni prima di provare il loro servizio. Spero che sia utile ad altri....

Séjournant à l'Osteria Brack, à Gudo/Bellinzona, je me suis fait draguer lourdement et harceler par le patron. Son truc? Sa petite piscine privée, où il vous propose un bain de minuit romantique, avant d'aller visiter les chambres. Beurk!!!

Ciao ho creato un'altro account motivo che il mio primo account è stato bloccato e ho creato un altro per giocare a winspirit ho depositato 25€ e ho vinto 250€ e quando sono andato per caricare i documenti mi è stato detto che il account sarò bloccato perché sono più account disponibile però il altro account è stato bloccato io voglio che mi aprano il account e che mi prelievo i soldi che ho vinto il piu presto

ALWAYS USE PAYPAL since that's the only reason I managed to get my money back after a scammer stole 500 usd
for doing nothing.
I was anyway reimbursed , and for that I thank guru.com admins.

Bonjour, j'ai fait appel au service de Guru en début février 2025. Le 15 février j'ai demandé l'arrêt de mon abonnement, et par retour de mail, il m'a été répondu que cela avait été fait. Cela n'a pas empêché que le 19 février, 18 mars et 18 avril, GURU a prélevé sur mon compte en banque la somme de 187 shekels environ.
Une véritable escroquerie, avec en plus le toupet d'envoyer un mail pour endormir toute suspicion, et c'est bien pour cela que j'ai mis tant de temps à m'apercevoir de ces prélèvements. C'est absolument insupportable.

Thankfully, the organization tagged in my bio helped me recover everything I lost. Without their help, I would have lost everything.
