I have a long history of developing software. My experience started in 1970 as a programmer in a large mainframe shop.

This backup software and customer service is absolutely the best I have experienced.

The worst catastrophe I ever experienced in my professional life was when Norton Backup System was unable to restore my files after a hard drive failure. These files contained many decades of computer programs I had developed. The highest level of Norton support (level 3) was unable to restore my files! I even wrote to the president of the company and never received a response. I went through considerable stress while believing many decades of work was completely destroyed. Fortunately, I was able to eventually restore the files on my own accord.

After that disaster with Norton Backup System I shopped around for a reliable backup system. When I contacted the Guru squad it was like breathing a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is wonderful and they have a great product. Their customer service will go the extra mile ensuring your needs are met.

Awesome backup software which is excellent to backup database and PST files in use and to run automated backups daily.
There is nothing that I don't like about gs richcopy except the price of the enterprise edition which we use now .

I started with the enterprise version of this software last year when I was losing the backup mechanism for my WD drive. This program met my needs and had great reviews. Support has seen me through several hiccups (of mine, not the software, including a new computer and later a new external hard drive). Support is always swift, committed, and instructive, and I can not say enough good things about it. I only worry if the creator retires :).

The most reliable sync and backup software that I have discovered, just set and forget.

I am an amateur photographer. I normally copy my photos from a memory card to one internal hard drive. I then use GSRichCopy 360 to back the first hard disk up to another internal drive This also backs up my Adobe Lighroom catalog. I have been doing this for several years. I recently setup a Synology NAS raid to use as my backup storage. However I was unable to setup a GSRichCopy Destination. I sent an email to the Guru Squad requesting help. Within 30 minutes I got a reply from Ahmed. He setup a Webex call and talked me through setting up a workable configuration. Ahmed was technically excellent an very pleasant to work with. I worked for AT&T for years doing UNIX technical support and Ahmed provided some of the best support I have ever seen. I am very pleased with both GS RichCopy360 and the great support I received from Ahmed.

This tool was recommended to me by a colleague to copy the new files automatically every week from our server to a new server in the UK and it works very well.

I purchased one copy to test based on a friend recommendation and wow! It gives our enterprise solution a run for its money performance and features wise and it costs a fraction of the price.

Hello friends, I am sharing my experience about "Gs Richcopy 360", I was trying to move a fileshare from a fileserver to a NAS, the way I thought to be good would be to use robocopy.It copies all the files and folders fine, but for some reason, it didn't copy the kinds of permissions. And we tried to use robocopy to copy only the changed data from source to destination so that it doesn't overwrite existing data at the destination but now way to do this automatically.
Also, many of us were suffering from the problem of slow file transfer.
So I found Gs Richcopy 360 when I was searching for an alternative to Robocopy which can solve all my problems. Gs Richcopy 360 was worthing to try and the price was competitive.
now we depend on it to work for transferring data between our branch in the UK and our branch in Ireland.

Great customer service and best application for data migration! currently working on server data migration projects and so far the best application to accomplish my projects! Their customer service is awesome! I would recommend this application to all my IT colleagues!

Thanks GS, Gs RichCopy 360 is a user-friendly interface and it is very easy to be installed and used to file synchronizing and backup. I like that it can avoid data corruption during data transfer.

This is a fantastic product with fantastic technical support.

First, the product. When our old file backup stopped working, we turned to GS Copy hoping that it had the feature set that we need.

Not only did it have what we need, but because of it's multi-threaded approach, a backup which used to take over an hour completed in 18 minutes. We are very happy with the performance and the features of GS Copy.

Second is the support. In a day and age in which good product support is not the norm, GS support was outstanding! Response time was quick and they even did a screen share to help with the initial configuration. Anyone who uses computers knows that good support is usually impossible to find. If you do find it, they want $100/half hour or something crazy like that. You are left with Google and manuals to help you work your way through. GS Copy's support is what support should be but usually isn't.

Still the Greatest on windows. I wish it can work on Mac, Now I use Rsync on my Mac and it is the Robust one there.

The best software I have ever bought, it works as I need and a good solution for the long pathname problems in windows.

the program has good quality and reliable but the feature to copy from OneDrive is missing, I hope it will be available at the next update
