This company are outright thieves. You get the offer for a one-year subscription--in my case $60--which seems a good deal, but then they hit you with a $20/month tech service that you're unaware you even have. Then they auto-renew you early, at 10 months into your subscription, and if you don't find out and cancel in 30 days, they refuse to refund a year sub you won't have!

Welcome help above the initial call for help
First Henry was very instrumental in finding a failed USB port (for my mouse) that prevented me from doing almost anything on my desktop (my initial call for help) and helping me save files for an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, stating that upgrade and then passing me off at the end of his shift to Emmanuel to complete that update. Hours of effort that I could not have even started to attempt with out them.
