Beautiful good quality leather bag and accessories.

Had a bag for just over a year with minimal use and today the straps snapped off as they’ve use poor quality metal attachers which I pointed out when I received the bag and was assured there would be no problem. I also received a completely different colour bag from the one advertised and the writing I paid extra for was faded and not uniform. Do not waste your money

Poor quality zip and shoulder strap let this product down

Not amazing. Product after just over a week already has loose thread. Shame as woof leather is good and the look of the product is great. Just a bit disappointing g

Ik heb een tas besteld en ik vond de kleur wat anders als op de foto, dus toch niet mijn smaak. Ik probeer hem te retourneren, maar ik kan geen retour aanmelden. Via de mail krijg ik geen antwoord en via de telefoon kunnen ze me niet helpen. Ik heb nog 2 dagen om het tasje terug te sturen.

Netjes binnen de gestelde tijd ontvangen, ziet er degelijk en stevig uit. Gravure is helder en ziet eruit zoals in het fimpje te zien is.

I ordered a frame bag for my bike. When they "sent" the product they never provided a tracking code and I had no way of knowing where it was.

After waiting 2 weeks they told me that the package had a bad address and was returned. I would have to pay to have it resent. I checked the address 3 times and it was completely correct. I asked why it didn't work and they could not provide an answer. Additionally, the cost for sending the package again was 17$ which is far more than the original shipping cost.

They told me I cant get a refund and if I want my product I have to pay the 17$

I am not sure that they are legitimate at all. They have very very questionable business practices at best. I can not speak on the quality of their products as I never even received mine and I will have to start a dispute with my bank over the bogus charges.

Got what I wanted, as I expected in former cases I ordered products. Love them.

Nog nooit zo’n slecht bedrijf meegemaakt, MEGA slechte service, totaal niet toegankelijk en ze belazeren je waar je bij staat.. je annuleert een bestelling binnen 15 minuten op vrijdag avond en nee hoor binnen 15 minuten hebben ze je hele bestelling al gegraveerd en kun je niet meer terug.
Héél geloofwaardig, maar niet heus!
0.0 tegemoetkoming bij klachten, denken totaal niet mee aan een oplossing. Het draait om 1 ding en dat is geld. Of ze hun klanten tevreden houden en of ze terug komen interesseert ze niet.
Tas en portemonnee zijn goedkope rommel. Tas ruikt enorm smerig, hele auto stinkt ernaar. Kwaliteit van het leer is om te janken.
Ik heb in mijn hele leven nog niet zo’n slecht bedrijf meegemaakt! Dit bedrijf is nog niet eens 1 ster waard qua beoordeling.
Oh ja.. en hun Google reviews KOPEN ZE!

Ik raad iedereen aan zijn klachten naar het programma BOOS van KRO-NCRV te sturen. Want hier kunnen ze een heel programma aan wijden!!
Zeer, zeer teleurstellend! Ik zal iedereen die het wil horen dit bedrijf afraden. Gelukkig heb ik een blog met veel volgers dus ik zal herhaaldelijk mensen blijven waarschuwen hier NIET te kopen!!

Ik heb inmiddels 3 tassen en 2 portemonnees van Gusti en ik ben verliefd. De kwaliteit van al mijn producten is fantastisch!

Tas Zoey is prachtig. Hij is wat ruimer dan een typische schoudertas en daardoor perfect voor iemand die altijd op pad gaat met veel spullen. Ik heb er altijd van alles in. De sluiting heeft een soort kliksysteem waardoor je spullen veilig in de tas zitten.

Tas Linda is ook super mooi. Van deze tas had ik nooit verwacht dat ik er zoveel in kwijt zou kunnen. De sluiting is magnetisch waardoor je altijd makkelijk bij de spullen kan.

Dan tas Alexandra. Geweldig. Ik ben invaller in het basisonderwijs en neem per definitie super veel mee. Niet alleen lesmaterialen maar ook voorleesboeken en educatief speelgoed. Oh ja en dan moet de lunch ook nog mee. Met deze tas is dat allemaal geen probleem! Hij is stevig, ruim en ook nog eens erg mooi.

Wat portemonnees betreft heb ik zelf Gustava. Het is een wat grotere portemonnee maar er past uiteraard ook veel in! Er zijn veel verschillende vakjes en om alles dicht te houden is er een drukknoopje.

Ten slotte heb ik inmiddels mijn vriend ook aangestoken met de liefde voor dit merk. Hij heeft portemonnee Foster. Ook hij is heel tevreden.

Het enige wat je moet doen om je producten mooi en soepel te houden is het gebruiken van de natural wax. Dit Koop je al voor een klein prijsje bij Gusti zelf en is te gebruiken op al hun producten.

Kortom, fantastisch!

I was a bit hesitant ordering from Gusti Leather, given the poor reviews, but I am very happy that I did. I ordered the 'Ruben' leather duffle bag, and paid a little extra for the vegetable-tanned aniline leather. The quality of the bag is excellent and delivery to the UK took 4 working days.

Incredibly disappointed. I have ordered from Gusti many times before but never again. I ordered a leather bag which on arrival looked nothing like the 'Therese' bag I had ordered online. The colour was yellow as opposed to dark brown and the bag was all miss shaped and it had discoloured splodges almost like water damage marks. Gusti told me I could not return it. Instead I was advised to pad it out with paper to help reshape it (!!!) and then I was told the bag will change colour with time - I find it hard to believe that it will look anything like the image on the website! The bag needs to be dyed to do that. So the bag is not fit for purpose, does not match the website description and after 1 week of emails backwards and forwards I am stuck with it. Never again will I buy from Gusti and I would certainly not recommend them.

I ordered a bag and never received it. Instead, I received a genuine leather tag. After sending multiple complaints and WhatsApp messages, I never got a response. So it was rather unfair for me.
