Horrible behaviour. I sent a haulier to collect a vehicle for a customer and it took over two hours with many phone calls to get it released. The owner had contacted the dealership well in advance to let them know a collection agent would be coming. This dealership actually requested the car be taken away. My driver was there over 90 minutes being ignored and then the excuses started coming, battery is dead, drivers door stuck, car needs a clean (condition was deplorable, car was filthy) car needs a safety check to make sure its safe to drive. Obviously the car was left outside for months, Microblisters over the whole car, wheels (which were brand new) are completely in need of a refurb, rust is now forming on the cowl, the trunk lid, bumpers, fog light bezels and the car is covered in dirt from the atmosphere. It is easily seen that the car was left outside, rusty bolts, completely rusted front brake disks. The car now needs a bare metal respray.

I was told in advance this is how they act and it was proven to me today.

Jack was knowledgeable, professional and fast when he did some work on my Bentley last year. Didn’t cost me an arm and a leg either! I would highly recommend GVE and especially Jack after the fine work he did for me; he knows his way around specialist vehicles, that’s for sure.

Had a enquiry about selling my R8 and Seema was amazing in directing me in the right direction and answering any questions I had before handing me over to the right department. Felt very welcomed and everything done very professionally when I came in to drop my R8 off too!

Got to say the showroom is definitely impressive, I came with my husband who was intrested in getting PPF done and seema was more than happy to direct me in the right direction, even though we were at the wrong unit, she made us feel so welcomed, made us drinks and showed us around the show room while waiting to see someone.
