I purchased a large 135 litre plastic tank to use as an extra filter for my koi pond. This was delivered within a couple of days and appears to be a well made and strong product, delivery costs were very fair for such a large item.

However the highlight of the company was the customer service. Donna, in sales, was most charming and exceptionally helpful when she totally solved a minor issue we had with ordering.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Perfect product for our needs (Plastic Storage Locker) at a fair price and sensible delivery cost. Straightforward ordering process and quick delivery. Communications good all round. A good service with a good product. Ordering was straightforward, and the quality of the product (plastic pallets) was excellent. I did struggle with the tracking. The actual delivery was as good as it gets, and if the quality of the delivery man is representative of the company, then it exceeds all expectations.

I was looking for a koi fish quarantine tank online and I happened across G force Direct .They had just what I was looking for in a holding tank and made to a heavy duty standard which is great when dealing with water as it has a tendency to Swell tanks but not heavy duty ones from G Force. It was made to order and was delivered within a couple of weeks which I knew it would take to arrive and was very pleased with the quality outstanding.

Fantastic customer service throughout, great prices and delivered in 5 days even though it said the container was made to order and would take 5-7 working days to be dispatched. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again if the need arises.

The original order was lost by the courier, and although they couldn’t replace it with the exact same items, they provided more expensive alternatives instead. The communication and customer support were excellent throughout the process, and the quality of the replacement items was also very good.
