An incredible customer buying experience from start to finish. I've bought a few supercars over the years but this experience with GVE (Uxbridge) was by far and away the best. Not only was the car competitively priced it was also prepared to a very high standard. From my first contact to collecting the car, Aaron Robinson always kept me updated, informed and responded quickly to any requests I made, whether on WhatsApp and or email - irrespective of the time of day. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Saw the car online and picked it up it 1 week later. Collecting the car was an incredible experience and something both my partner and I will never forget. We were warmly greeted by Aaron who was really friendly, helpful, polite, organised and professional. We were made to feel truly special, We were not hurried or pressured and this approach suited us perfectly. I can't recommend GVE any more highly and would not hesitate to buy another car from them. Hats off to GVE London Ltd and especially to Aaron Robinson - top man!

Yash was fantastic at providing me with a great level of service from start to finish. I reached out to GVE to evaluate my Ferrari and I always felt as though Yash was very thorough and professional. In fact this elevated my confidence as I’d never used a sale or return model before and I hadn’t even been to their showroom facility. The paperwork was all very thorough and the pick up of my car was prompt and professional. The service through out the period that GVE had the car was reliable and the sale process was very good. Absolutely shocking Customer Service. Booked an appointment to test drive a car, took the day off and drove over an hour to get to GVE only to be told when we arrived that the car had been taken for the weekend by the owner. No thought to ring and let us know and save us a wasted trip. No reply to my email complaining about their lack of Customer Service. Makes me wonder whether the car was ever theirs to sell in the first place. Their show room may look flash on the surface but I wouldn't give them any business.

My first point of contact was with Andreas Tiganis. I can honestly say that from the outset through to the completion of the sale of my Ferrari that he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a great asset to the GVE set up. On inspecting my vehicle thoroughly he pointed out areas that needed to be addressed for the retail of the car. Within 24 hours I had received a formal appraisal for approval at what I believe to be very competitive rates. His continued communication via regular telephone calls or WhatsApp updates was very helpful in determining the correct strategy and pricing point for the vehicle in the current turbulent market place due to the global economy at present. A sale was secured within our agreed time frame and all the documentation completed. Dealing with Andreas was probably one of the best experiences I have had through either franchised or independent dealerships over the last 30 plus years buying and selling a whole host of "premium branded vehicles". Realistically when I deal with GVE in the future I would always want to deal with Andreas as I know he will deliver on what he says he will deliver.

Did not sell as quick as I’d like or at the value I wanted which was fair as agreed but we got a resolution in the end. Yash was very pleasant to deal with and responded in a timely manner

I don’t know about other stuff but this garage is not good at all for body work at all and customer service is pathetic. They don’t do work Properly and then they want you to sign customer satisfaction note without any comment to take car. I have gone through insurance for bumper repair and they have done work so poorly and when I complained incharge at the garrage said he can’t do it to perfection after charging £2000 for 1 quarters of bumper repair and paint and crash bar. They refused to give me my car back when I put note “not satisfied”. It’s been 3 days and I m chasing Everyone for update. I am off work because of them.

Purchased a 160K car from them, came to view it, left a deposit, was messed around for delivery for weeks, then to be told they didnt own the car and the owner wants it back so cant sell it me anymore. Promised to find me a better car for cheaper within a week as they have the 'best buying power' in the UK, 3 months later never been offered another car.
