I have had two experiences lately. One was a phone call the other required a home visit. Both were fast, efficient and very courteous.

I've found Hagerty much more personal for this day and age. Companies are doing far to much digital and bot type of, what they call, customer service nowadays. I didn't even mind holding on while I waited for a Rep. because the music they play is fantastic.

They were incredibly helpful and made it so easy and fun.

If only all calls questions and an issue were this easy to resolve.

I had my Model A in my garage when some guy went flying into the garage. So Hagerty looked after the Model a damage and my house insurance looked after the garage. From a great experience on dealing with Hagerty to a total nightmare with my house insurance. I wish Hagerty did all the insurance for me. If you have an old car INSURE WITH HAGERTY.

Changed my policy , updated the value . The process took about 15 minutes. Great , knowledgeable people to deal with . Been there for over 20 years !!!!! Zero complaints

Other than my initial application for insurance ( which seemed quite pleasant and efficient ), I've not really had any experience with Hagerty yet. I have tried to communicate via email a couple of times for advice on appraisals and vehicle history tracking, but have had no replies ( I am hard of hearing, and prefer email to the telephone). These aren't critical, so I have no complaints, and am doing this because of your email messages asking for feedback..
