After 2 years i finally took my car out for a drive and it start to miss fire limp it back to my house and it won't start back, i called Hargerty road side to pick up the car and tow it to the shop and this is what Julia said to me. Sir because you haven't drove your car in 2 years your car will not be covered for towing and you will have to pay for towing yourself. I've been with this company for over 12 years and paid my premium religiously and now for me to get a tow from my house to the shop that is less then 20 km away I was denied a tow because i was being honest about my car and was held accountable because my car wasn't driven for the past 2 years. Just an heads up when you called hargerty don't tell them the truth just lied they are a money grab. BTW my car is a 1990 Nissan 300zx.

Hagerty has been an excellent way to keep our collector car insured over the past years.

It took 2 emails, 3 phone calls, one tweet, and 2 DMs on twitter (over the course of 4 weeks) before I was contacted by someone competent enough to assist me with my windshield claim. This person went above and beyond to make things right, but I can't ignore how poorly things were handled from beginning. I will taking my business elsewhere as soon as my windshield claim is finally delt with.

This is my third year with Hagerty. I feel very comfortable driving my classic car with the coverage they offer. Set up and renewal have been very easy. Coverage price is amazing. I totally satisfied.

My total premium is at the amount that it hurt to renew. I am down to one car, but still needed to break it down to monthly payments. I am under insured. Bill

Hagerty has insured one of my vehicles for approximately four years and my interaction with them has always been pleasant, from the initial quote and setting up the coverage the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional.

The real test of an insurance company in my experience comes in their handling of claims and Hagerty were exemplary in that respect after my car was side swiped by a careless driver.

I recently added a second vehicle and once again dealing with Hagerty was a very easy and professional experience.

I have recommended Hagerty to others I know who have collector type vehicles and would have no hesitation whatsoever in doing so again.

Hagerty has been the most efficient insurance brokerage i've ever dealt with, and i'm 78, so I've seen a few.Good communication- clear messages- accurate and very prompt. Hagerty are on their pins!

The 2 members I dealt with were friendly and very helpful, even gave me great advice on adding coverage that would insure I got my cars back if they were in a accident and wrote off. So that maybe they could be rebuilt or parts salvaged to rebuild as another car. Keep up the great work and all you do for us car collectors !!!

The person was very nice and understood everything I wanted.

Changed my mailing address and also where my car was stored during winter months. Hagerty mailed me a form to fill out with new storage information. After I filled it out all I had to do was take a picture of the information and email it. Quick and easy to do.
