Haggerty is simple a great organization to work with. They a very easy to work with. My classic Alfa happens to be an "oddball" who's valuation is often not readily obtainable in North America, but Haggerty just sent me a note (to upgrade of course) with an increased valuation that I otherwise would have missed. And the upgrade was very very inexpensive. Highly recommended,

The service is excellent and the regular newsletters are helpful.

I've been with Hagerty for many years now. It goes beyond just insurance.
They really do cover the collector market extremely well and supply articles, valuation tool and other feature that make it part of an overall experience. The Hagerty magazine is currently one of the best available. Add in very reasonable insurance rates and coverage, you can't lose.

I have been with Hagerty for a number of years now. I have always been rewarded with great service, along with further valuable information about how they could serve even better.
I believe all companies can have their bad days, weeks or years. Hagerty may even at times have issues to deal with for customer service that has gone by due to not catching a problem before it happens.
In our 45 years of service (which indicates more done right than wrong...) we have had some service challenges that needed addressing.
All got addressed with great outcomes to not so great results.
I'm sure Hagerty experiences similar oops moments.
I five stared Hagerty for the simple fact that I believe in their whole format for doing business.
Let's keep our classics and antiques etc. On the road for ourselves and future generations.
Read the bad reviews along with the good.
Remember perceptions are a big part in solving issues and how they may be spoken about.
I like to talk positive about any outcome and the outcome I see in the reviews is that Hagerty does in some way resolve client issues.
People are people and perfection is not possible so far.
