I feel as though I was misled a bit by the consultant when I booked the hair transplant. I said that I wanted my hairline sorting and wherever it was thinning on top and was quoted £3000, but when I went to have the procedure they told me that I would need a lot more grafts. I was told that I could pay for more grafts on the day but couldn’t really afford it so I’ve only had the front part of my head done. I was also told by the consultant to book a week off work but on the day of the procedure I was told that I would need 2 weeks off work, so I’m going to have very little pay for my 2nd week off due to not being able to book it as a holiday now. The reason it’s not a 1* review is because the procedure on the day went really well and the team was actually quite good, but it’s just a shame that I feel as though I was misled by the consultant when initially booking the procedure.

The team who I had to care for me went above and beyond to make sure my anxieties reduced at all points of the procedure. For years I have put this off due to worry but now it’s completed I hope it gives me back years of confidence which I lost.

Absolutely love my hair transplant!! Amazing results! Not 5 stars because of aftercare… good to start with but never got a 6 month review, will be interesting to see if they contact me for the year review as promised! Hair is great tho! Clinic is clean and a professional set up made me feel at ease on and before surgery day!

The staff were lovely and well informed, constantly throughout the day they explained the exact process of the operation, they were thorough with their questions to ensure the best outcome for their patients. They made sure to explain post operation procedures in detail and have been in regular contact for continued support. Would recommend this clinic for a transplant.

Great team ,the whole process was done with ease, professional staff Hakeem was swift with getting the bookings and procedure done . And answered all my questions on the first online consultation and gave me hope at this age it can all be sorted .Clinic was very welcoming and helped me get the best plan for myself .would recommend this to anyone with hair loss .and after the procedure there aftercare team youseff was very nice and understanding and helped me at any time with me queries and are there for me whenever I need help.DR Rafiq in King’s Cross branch was great outlined everything for me gave me a plan to help me keep my hair rather than just implant it and leave it , great doctor could see the passion in his work and really helped me bring my confidence back in my hair for long term

The aftercare from Youssef has been amazing . Always answers all questions and queries quickly, but is also extremely pro active in reaching out checking on your progress. Five weeks in and this is still happening. Outstanding aftercare !

I recently had a hair transplant with Harvey Street Hair Transplants, and so far my experience has been excellent.

From my initial consultation through to the procedure itself, the team were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They explained every step of the process clearly, which helped put me at ease before surgery.

On the day of the procedure, the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the surgeon and technicians were reassuring and attentive. The aftercare instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and I've continued to receive support whenever I've had questions during my recovery.

I'm still in the early stages of healing, so it's far too soon to comment on my final results, but everything has gone smoothly so far and I'm happy with the care I've received. Based on my experience to date, I would happily recommend Harvey Street Hair Transplants to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I've used Harley St Healthcare four times over the past 10 years and previously considered the company excellent. In 2017, I was consulted by several of its competitors in Manchester, but chose Harley St Healthcare because of its straightforward approach and what I felt at the time was a genuinely professional attitude towards customers.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The level of service I received fell well below my previous experiences and, despite my concerns, the company refused to refund my payment. Sadly, this no longer feels like the same company I dealt with years ago. In my opinion, the professionalism and customer service that once set it apart have significantly declined.

I plan to have one final hair transplant in the future, but after this experience I'll be travelling to Turkey or Eastern Europe for treatment instead. I won't be using Harley St Healthcare again.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to look elsewhere. Once payment had been made, I felt customer care and accountability noticeably declined. I also found the process unnecessarily bureaucratic, with repeated requests for medical letters, revised letters, and additional documentation. The volume of administrative hurdles became mentally exhausting and left me feeling frustrated and totally overwhelmed throughout the process.

Overall, this experience has completely changed my opinion of a company I once recommended without hesitation. I'm now having to go to court for my money back they have had for 4 months, not bad for a precedure, beard to scalp transplant, the clinics dr said they don't even do at their clinic. But their keen salesman Hakeem was happy to tell me anything to get my money they now wont return, hoping id opt for something different on the day.

The company offered me a partial refund, which I declined because I believed i was entitled to a full refund. Then later promised a full refund that didn't materialise due to never ending unnessessary systemic barriers. The NatWest even said what they were saying made no banking sense and advised to call the fraud line. I was particularly upset because the money had been partially given to me as a gift by my grandfather, who is in his 80s. In my opinion, it no longer feels like the reassuring, patient-focused business I remembered. Instead, I've came away feeling that financial considerations are now prioritised over customer experience and common decency.
