Don’t usually leave reviews, I can’t give reviews on the results as I haven’t had them yet (it’s only been 5 weeks post transplant.) However the whole process was smooth, everything was clearly explained and my recovery follow the steps provided has been seamless. Would defiantly recommendation Harley to anyone, and also after care information is constantly available and yousseff from the aftercare team has been brilliant! Always checking in

I had a hair transplant with Harley Street Health care and am extremely happy with there communication beforehand during and after treatment they are always there for suggestions and help for me. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back if more grafts are needed at a later date.

I had a great experience, from start to finish the staff was excellent and very supportive.

Dr Munir was very honest with me as I had already been to turkey in the past for a transplant and he explained my donor area wasn’t the best but he’d do what he could and even said he’d recommend going home and thinking it over. He agreed to do it and made me feel relaxed and comfortable, pain wasn’t as bad as my past experience and I’m happy with the grafts they managed to get.

I was nervous up on arrival, but once I met the team they made me feel at ease. When getting the hair transplant they told me everything they was doing and talked to me all the time to make sure I was okay all throughout the surgery. Would highly recommend! Excited to see my new hair line. Thankyou once again.

Who ever is reading this , I truly wish to say that I have had a good experience to-date, it has been almost 5 weeks since the transplant. Yes the first three days were hard but I was warned, it is what it is and please follow their instructions. Good luck.

contacted Paul as I was considering a hair transplant and was worried about my hair loss. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive treatment, he was completely honest and told me that I didn’t actually need a transplant right now.

He took the time to explain what I could use to help my hair grow and improve its condition, and even gave me the names of products that could help. He also offered ongoing advice and future consultations if I need them.

It’s rare to find someone so genuine and honest. Paul could easily have taken my money, but instead he gave me proper guidance and saved me around £3,000. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest advice about hair treatments.

I had my hair transplant 1 year ago now in February 2025 last year and I'm very happy that I went ahead with it. I'm super happy with the final result, I wasn't sure how good it would look at the 9-12 month mark but the guys at the clinic were very confident I would get an amazing result and they were right.

Everything from before the transplant, to the day of it and all the care after was explained to me clearly and I was always contacted to check in at each week they said they would to see how I was getting on. The service was great throughout and my results were amazing and I have to say I believe it was such a good result as well because I followed the aftercare that Harley street recommended and give direction on after the transplant. I Just want to stress how important I believe that is if you are thinking about getting a hair transplant.

If you are thinking of getting on then I couldn't recommend Harley Street Healthcare enough. I didn't know what to expect but even I didn't expect the result to be this good. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Avoid avoid avoid !!!

This is absolutely one of the worst businesses I have had ever dealt i could only compare the experience so far to feeling like a SCAM i really do not know were to start. The customer service is
shocking and the communication is even worse. I wish I never used this company this is the worst experience ever if you do not want to have to worry do not use this clinic

I found Harley Street Healthcare on the web and rang them as I need a sizable cyst removed from my back. The representative said it would cost about £395 and free consultation. I thought that was excellent. I challenged the rep on price and it was confirmed.
So I visited the clinic having travelled some way to attend. Only to find the consultant said the price would be £2400!!!
I challenged him on how the price was so much and how it can go from £395 to £2400 as the procedure would be the same - he had NO answer
Disgusted I left - disgraceful and unprofessional and btw the clinic is shabby to say the least.

Really good care on the day and aftercare has been good as well. I would recommend for your procedure, you do your own research but the team are highly professional and are working to best practice
