When trying to make the decision to have a hair transplant I honestly believe that Harley Street is the only place we should consider going. Their staff are amazing. Their start-up team is brilliant. Everybody is there to make you as comfortable as possible from the the booking phone call all the way to the very end of the surgical procedure. The after-care service couldn’t be better, phone calls every couple of days, weeks even a couple of months after you will still get calls checking up on how the healing process is going. I would say as this is my second procedure the best tip that I can give anybody is listen to what they have to say when it comes to the after-care you’re after-care is so important, stick to their guidelines and Don’t be afraid to ask any questions or ring up with any concerns. These guys are professionals in the field and they really know what they’re doing and are there to help. I can only say thanks to Harley Street for the good work that they’ve done and I hope everybody else that goes to them has the same outcome.

As I can’t reply to your response I have had to make another review. I WAS a patient at your company last September. I have all the emails to prove this. The email on your website matches the appointment confirmation email I have from the procedure. Concerning you do not have me on your records, please contact me as soon as possible. I had wonderful procedure. I really recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Yaseen as my consultant and he really guided me through the hair transplant process, in the best manner, from start to finish. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout out, ensuring I had the utmost confidence in Harley Street Healthcare (as opposed to other clinics) and has always kept in touch with me regarding aftercare and the aftermath of the transplant.

very good service, was well looked after, i suffer with white coat syndrome which results in high blood pressure in hospital environments, so they made sure i had time to relax before the blood pressure readings, and they made sure i was well fed and was a good chat with the staff and surgeon. very professional. i do recommend. now i just wait for the results within 12 months

Yasim was very helpful and suported me threw the whole proceedure i have brain damage and couldn’t of got on with out Yasim help !! The procedure its self was painfull but well worth it 10/10 ….. yasim talk me trew the procedure step by step what a man he had all the answer witch made my exspriance much better …. I would highly recommend the clinic and Yasim to advise and support the way he did me brilliant service ….. Great stuff highly recommend

After a brilliant dialogue with Yaseen in his Mayfair office, I made the decision to go with HSH after looking at many options with other companies.
It was Yaseen what made my mind up and then when I met Zakar Rafiq on the day, I knew I made the right choice. This guy is really impressive wow.
The day went very smooth and his back room staff were great.
4 days post and no pain or complications and everything has been a lot easier then I thought.
A great team from office to the medical centre. Have had phone calls and txt messages from the team. The after care is so good. Feel lucky I didn’t take the cheap option and go to Turkey.

I had my hair transplant yesterday, Dr Munir was very nice, talked me through the whole process and didnt try to sugar coat anything. He kept coming into the room and checking i was okay and when he was doing the incisions he was talking me through everything.
The Nurses I had were lovely and we chatted, sang and laughed together through the procedure. Anytime I needed to stop and stretch, stand up or drink water I was allowed and it never seemed like an inconvenience to them. They even kept getting up to get me my water.

It is too early to talk result but I am happy with the overall day and experience.

I had a great experience with my hair transplant at Harley street. Yaseen, my personal point of contact has been very helpful from the start and The staff were professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr Alosert was really nice and made me feel really comforted as I was quite anxious before the surgery and had Everything was explained clearly, and the procedure went smoothly and much better than my expectations. The aftercare instructions were helpful, and I’m happy with how things are progressing so far. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Good experience beginning to end with the surgeons and the team looking after you. Too early to see the results yet but will revisit in a few months time depending on the progress made with hair growth.

Painless procedure although anaesthetic injections do sting a bit but nothing major.

I believe I have made the right choice in choosing Harley Street Healthcare for my hair transplant surgery. Currently, I am three weeks post procedure and my scalp is heading in the right direction. Yaseen has been truly amazing- highly commendable and very professional trichogist who has guided me before and after my surgery, very eager to respond to all my concerns and queries with integrity. He made my journey very smooth and looked after me really well.

Treatment at Harley Street Hair Restoration Harrow. Professional from start to finish competent, organised and friendly explaining every step of the process throughout the day. Dr Mahdi Alosert was in charge of the procedure with 27 years experience l was always in safe and capable hands.

It all started in June 2024 when I came across an ad on Instagram featuring Harley Clinic. I decided to book a consultation to address my dissatisfaction with the gaps and patches in my beard. I've always wanted a full beard—not necessarily as full as Rick Ross's, but one that would give me a greater sense of self-assurance. Yaseen's professional guidance and clear insights gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure.

From the very beginning, my experience at Harley Street Healthcare in Manchester for my beard transplant surgery has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was professional and reassuring.
The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making the initial process smooth and stress-free. The clinic technicians were clearly very skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.
I was particularly impressed with Dr. Munir Masood. He was clear, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. His consultation was straight to the point, and he managed my expectations perfectly. In a remarkable display of his expertise, he even identified some old teenage acne scarring on my scalp that is no longer visible, a testament to his thorough and sharp clinical eye. The high standard of care continued post-surgery. Patricia, who handled my aftercare, was fantastic. If I could offer one piece of advice to anyone considering this procedure, it would be to cut your hair short before you go in for the operation, but not below 1 cm. The team are medical experts, not hairstylists, so having your hair at the right length beforehand will make the process even smoother.
Overall, I cannot recommend Harvey Street Healthcare highly enough. The entire team, from start to finish, demonstrated the utmost professionalism and care. I am thrilled with my decision and confident I am in the best possible hands for my beard transplant journey.
One last thing I forgot to mention....get ready to suffer with Anesthesc injections 😅 not sure if I was crying or laughing...it is very intense!!!!

I had my treatment done yesterday. It’s still too early to comment on the results, but overall, the experience was just okay. My appointment was at 39 Deansgate, Manchester, and I was surprised to find no Harley Street branding anywhere in the building.

The doctor saw me twice during the procedure — once for a brief consultation at the start, and then again to make the incisions. The extraction and implantation were carried out entirely by the clinical team.

What really stood out was how extremely painful the treatment was — much more than I had expected.

I also assumed that my hair would be shaved in a way that wouldn’t leave me looking bald from the back — maybe leaving some hair so that the shaved area wouldn’t be visible when tied up. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The back of my head has been completely shaved, and it looks awful. I’m really disappointed with how it turned out visually.

I had my surgery yesterday, and so can't comment on the results yet- but I can give an amazing review on the procedure. I'm normally pretty scared of any sort of surgery, but I would say there is absolutely nothing to worry about here. The whole team deliver the operation with such care and professionalism. Didn't feel a thing, and very well looked after. If anyone has any doubts about surgery because of the actual surgery, I would urge them to take the plunge as you are in great hands 👌.
