I started my laser journey in March when I purchased the Comfort 6 session package. I can say I have been pleased with my sessions and I continue to have less hair re-growth after each session. Adriana my technician has been amazing, always reassuring and guiding me on how to take care of my skin during this process. Adriana is the best! Since I’ve doing the laser sessions with her I’ve seen a huge improvement. She doesn’t rush and takes her time on each area, ensuring I am comfortable and at ease. I strongly recommend booking your sessions with her.

The underarm was fine but no help with some hair removal for the full bikini which is kind of difficult alone. This meant no treatment there so unfortunately will be my last time with Envie.

It is not about hair removal impact but the fact I struggle to fully shave alone so simply you didn’t do the treatment to me so had to change provider

I've been a regular at Envie Laser Hair Clinic, having signed up for my fourth package with them. Over the course of my visits, I've tried their full-body sessions, the 'comfort' package, and the 'soft' package. While the results have been satisfying, I do have some reservations about their approach.

First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room – the cost. There's no denying that laser hair removal can be quite expensive, and Envie Clinic is no exception. It's a substantial investment, but one I've been willing to make for the sake of smooth, hair-free skin.

My primary concern, however, lies with the device they use for the laser treatments. I've noticed that the level of laser work can vary, and I can't help but wonder if they sometimes keep it on the lower side to ensure clients like me continue with multiple packages. It's crucial that clients receive the most effective treatments, and any doubts about the equipment's integrity can be disheartening.

In addition to this, I've encountered a recurring issue with last-minute appointment cancellations. This recent incident on 28 August 2023 was particularly frustrating. I received a cancellation notice while en route to the clinic, and this isn't the first time this has happened. As a loyal client, I expect a certain level of reliability from Envie Clinic.

What concerns me further is the clinic's policy regarding cancellations. If a client is late or cancels last minute, they forfeit a session from their package. While I understand the need for such policies, they should be applied fairly to both parties. Given the frequency of clinic-initiated cancellations, I believe it's only fair that the same policy should apply when the clinic cancels an appointment without sufficient notice.

I've reached out to the clinic via email regarding this issue, expressing my concerns and suggesting a more equitable approach to their cancellation policy. Regrettably, I haven't received a response yet.

In summary, my experience at Envie Laser Hair Clinic has been mixed. The results have been positive, but the doubts about their equipment and the recurring appointment cancellations have left me somewhat disappointed. I hope the clinic takes my feedback into account and works towards improving the overall client experience.

I had Daniella for the first time and she did my last IPL treatment. She allowed me to come in earlier than my appointment and booked me for a top up session to do on the same day. Overall, Daniella was very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable by communicating throughout the treatment. I would 100% recommend Daniella if you are planning to go for IPL treatment at Envie Clinics. :)

I have my last treatment left the bikini appointment out of 9 sessions in Birmingham Clinic. I have started to see the difference from halfway through my treatment and booked a treat for my arms, legs and underarms. Greta is always there to ease me and comfort me.

I would like to say at the beginning that all the ladies working at London Bridge location are polite, friendly and professional 1 star goes toward that.
When it comes to laser I left DISSATISFIED.
I purchased in total 12 treatments(all body) it was a bargain as I got it for £3000 "only". I have different shades of hair on the surface of my skin(light skin) and let me tell you that if you have got any other hair than black just save your money and find a DIFFERENT laser! The laser that envie is using left me with the same number of hair but slightly thinner(only the black one).
The other clinic I found use a different laser and I had few treatments already and even my lighter (brown and even red!) hair grows back in small patches leaving majority of the skin hair free!
To wrap up the laser in Envie is LESS expensive, LESS painful and LESS EFFECTIVE.

Nadia is the best laser technician. From the first appointment she was very kind and listened to my concerns. Every appointment with her is great. She’s so lovely. I only book her to do my treatments.
