The Harley Street Clinic was lovely. My appointment with Daniela was super easy, comfortable and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I can already see action after my first session! So excited to get the full 6 sessions. Will be using into the future and recommend to everyone!

Had my appointment cancelled couple of hours before it, supposedly due to the fire alarm going of... Fine, that's understandable. But then noone bothered to contact me for the appointment to be rearranged. Poor customer service. Booked somewhere else.

Amazing Service from Shazia at the Birmingham Banch Jewellery Quarter. She is just fabulous. The customer service is top notch from her. Shazia on every visit has made me feel very comfortable and has listened to my concerns. She has vast knowledge on skin types and hair growth. She is so welcoming and I really enjoy my visits for my treatment and look forward to for our girly chats! I Would reccomend 100%.
