I had 2 sessions with Anna and I can say that she made me feel comfortable as I was with an old friend. Very important for me and she really made the difference with others place that I have been to .Really professional and knowledgeable.
I could notice results from the first laser session, the hair grow really slowly and I could notice some spot where are already really smooth.
So glad to have discovered this place.

My skin it's started to be smooth and brighter. And Anna is amazing. She knows what she's doing and transmits her passion for her job. Having had lazer hair removal on my legs and underarms I can honestly say I'm extremely impressed by the results, my legs took 5 to 6 sessions to achieve the result I wanted but my underarms seem to be far less hair after only 3 sessions!
Nina the practitioner that does my treatment in Birmingham jewellery quarter is extremely professional and friendly, offering me advice on aftercare and is honest about what to expect from results. She has also been really helpful finding me a package deal that suits my budget, I would highly recommend this treatment :)

Great results after just 1 session. Nina is really friendly, knows her stuff and makes it an easy 45 min session. Highly recommend.

I have had one treatment of laser hair removal and I am loving the results. I have seen such a difference in hair growth already, the hair is much finer and in some parts it hasn't grown back at all. The therapist Shaz made me feel very comfortable and took her time on me. Can't wait for the next session.

The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 star is this is only my first session of 6. Anna made me very comfortable and explained everything to me. Due to COVID regulations she disinfected the room before I went in and after me for the next client. This meant I did start my session a little late but of course that was not a problem at all.
The laser removal was a little uncomfortable on the underarm but I was pleasantly surprised at how pain free it was.

Anna is lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I had my first treatment today, so can’t comment on the results of the treatment but will update once I see any changes!

I have paid a prenium treatment last winter. So 1750 pounds which is a big cost for me.

I have done 3/6 sessions but the reuslts was extremely poor and bad.

I was supoded to have a new appointment the 14th of February at king cross location...
But the new therapist made a mistake and after what the lockdown has been mandatory. I have ask them as I did a lot of zone which need to be done more regularly (facial hair) how can you fixe this issue because it's mainly the Terapist fault! Absolutely no one answered...

I have lost my job and i had to go back to my country, i have explain them all the isssues i met (burnt skin, hair darker and stronger than before the treatment, mistake of the therapist and demand of refunding...)
I have paid 1750 pound and i ve sent them 3 email but they even not repsonded!

I ve lost my time, my money, my energy and now I have to deal with my facial hair who grow up faster and darker.

I am still waiting for your answer... I ve sent you the emails, since last april... We are in july now! I have all the proof, so better for you to give me answer with a decent solution.

DO NOT GO TO THEM AT ANY RATE. They burnt my skin and offered me MORE laser hair removal from their company to fix it. Does that make sense? I've been left with permanent scars all over my neck because of this company and tried to take them to court but their own insurance company refused to cover them because somehow the treatment they gave me wasn't covered by their insurance. I am in the process of getting a lawyer myself to take them to court and get compensation. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PUT YOUR SKIN AT THE HANDS OF THESE EVIL BUTCHERS. I wish I could upload pictures of the way they burnt me. It was horrible. They lie and cheat and scam to get clients ( price, suitability for skin types etc). They act like they're nice but they aren't. I had this issue on my second session of laser from them. I haven't received anything, not a refund, not a justifiable compensation offer from them. Just read their most current reviews. They've even turned off their google reviews because they were getting bad reviews. DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE
